Ok so this place wasn’t the worst I’ve seen first off as we walk in the workers are nice and are very helpful there are many tables and they are all clean. Now onto the food it was good but there isn’t a big selection in desert mostly and the drinks. It’s understandable though. Ok last the area the atmosphere wasn’t as nice but that’s also understandable there are other people around us. But it’s a real nice job and this gets only a 3 though.

Simply put. My husband left around 7 with this pizza. There’s a new guy training. Completely understandable. Although the manager I spoke with was nice, I expected something to be done like simply taking a name down to pick up a different pizza the next day. He said his hands are wiped because the pizza has already left the building. He claims that they typically show the pizza before leaving. Who do you know that would have taken this pizza home? We live on the complete opposite side of Douglasville. There was no way either of us would be able to come back after working long hours. Also, being that you know someone has a problem with “center loading” the pizza, obviously you know I’m not lying about it. I feel that it should’ve been handled better. And these 1 star reviews are the only ones that get the attention

Big Shout to Levi & Katie!!!! They are the Best Staff in the entire building! Everytime I visit they go above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied with my pizza. Stevie B’s really have good pizza! And what’s not on the bar they will make the pizza for you. Great for families or just pizza lovers like me.

This place has really gone downhill. They no longer have plates for you to get every time you go back to the buffet. Now you use the same plates and get a piece of wax paper. It’s gross and you can tell the plates aren’t always cleaned. The salad bar was disgusting, none of the employees were wearing gloves or hairnets, and they were not following the food safety rules. Sitting there for 20 minutes, we saw so many food safety violations.

Very pleasant!!! Family friendly environment with great staff and excellent prices. We took the kids and had a great time. Had to take away 1 star for the filth outside. Although I believe it is likely the mall management company that’s to blame as a store manager I would pay a $50 bonus to a staff member willing to sweep the front area. I am horrified every time I go in that general vicinity to shop. SMH
