THE EFF WHY NOT? JUST DO IT. Our malt beers bring all the Dads to the yard, damn right they’re better than Mars! Get it?! Oh, hey you wanna hear a joke? Ok – Why do they never serve beer at a Math party? Because you shouldn’t drink and derive! HA! Why aren’t you laughing? Lager:Holy Mountain:Awake Limbs
Awake Limbs was brewed using German Pilsner Malt and Chit Malt. It was hopped throughout the boil with additions of Saaz, Citra, and Mosaic, then fermented cold with one of our favorite Bavarian yeast Strains. It was then left to naturally carbonate and condition over the course of 5 weeks, where it was then dry hopped cold with Citra and Mosaic before packaging.

Pale Ale:Bizarre:Echoes Of My Mind
Echoes Of My Mind is our modern take on a pale ale, brewed with pilsner malt, spelt malt and lots of flaked oats. This little pale ale was hopped in the kettle with Strata, Citra and Idaho-7, then dry hopped with Strata, Citra, Idaho-7 and Nectaron. This pale “ale” was fermented with our favorite German lager strain at a slightly warmer temperature. This restrained fermentation profile allows the hops to really shine.
$7.00
Pilsner:Future Primitive: Nazi Punks F*** Off!
100% German hops and malt, perfectly balanced with a German malt back bone that gives way to a very clean, dry finish. Never leaning too sweet or too hoppy, this Pils dances in the middle, making it a truly refreshing bier. Brewed in true German traditional methods to be as authentic as possible. 4 step mash – 10 week lager – 14 weeks grain to Can.
$5.50
Pilsner:Jellyfish Brewing:Hydra Pils
Hydra is a classic pilsner with a clean malt body and a crisp hoppy finish. An all-German grain bill, and additions of Czech, French and German hops give this lager a truly continental lineage! It’s very nice!
$3.50
Pilsner:Lowercase:Italian Pilsner
Probably the most popular beer that we brew, this creation is modeled after Birrificio Italiano’s Tipopils and is light, crisp with unique floral undertones. Multiple dry-hop additions as well as a careful attention to water chemistry and fermentation temperature set this new-world pilsner apart from the rest of the world’s favorite beer styles. Not always available, as we have many permanent handles for this brew… so get it while the getting is good.
$6.25
Pilsner:Trap Door:XYZ Italo Disco Pils
This pilsner is a Seattle Beer Week collaboration with Jon from Full Throttle Bottles. When Jon suggested Italian Disco Pilsner we couldn’t say no, even though we didn’t know what exactly that meant. We decided we wanted to make it light and crushable with floral hops, and that’s exactly what you’ll experience with this beer. This pairs well with nice weather, Underberg shots, and Italian disco records as intended.

The Flood is our nod to the brown porters of London, and an homage to the folks that perished in the great porter flood of 1814. Our version is brewed with English Maris Otter malt, flaked barley and rye, a selection of caramel and chocolate malts and a touch of beechwood smoked malt. Hopped exclusively with East Kent Goldings, this beer is then allowed to ferment and naturally carbonate with our favorite English ale yeast.

I like trying local food and this little pizza place did not disappoint. Awesome pizza and they have it by the slice or entire pie. I would put this right up there with the pizza joints in New York and Chicago. The pie is thinner with the crust, robust flavor good sauce and adequate cheese. My new favorite, but will eat it there next time as the place is like a time capsule with music, video games and fun atmosphere. Highly Recommended!

This is the best pizza in the area. I don’t say that lightly. I eat a lot of pizza. Stevie’s has the right amount of pepperoni on their pie and the crust is perfectly imperfect. I think I’ve had everything on the menu by this point and everything has been awesome.

Finally made it to Stevie’s! Pizza was on point. Ordered the Normie MacDonald with a side of extra hot honey and it was great. Wife and I loved the char on the crust. Gave it a nice crisp but still foldable. Can’t wait to go back.

Trying this great little hole in the wall, pizza establishment. A new little pizza place opened up here in Burien, a about a year ago in Old Burien, as locals call it. It is (Stevie”s Famous Pizza) A friend of mine suggested it. After seeing a article in the Seattle Times Sunday paper. A write up in the Food/Wine section. Even mentioning it was a Food Critic choice. I had to try it. Came in before 1pm. It was busy, but they promptly took my order. Had a slice of there cheese pepperoni pizza. It was the Italian style, thin crust, with a little burn, done in pizza oven. The pepperoni was high quality Italian style. And had a can of Celestial Seltzer drink. It was great! Sat outside in front of this place on sidewalk eating area. If in Burien swing by, and give them a try.

Great pizza from a legit local pizza joint, and gets four thumbs up from two guys with lots of pizza experience. Ordered a whole pie – pepperoni, mushroom, onion.

I lived in New York City for 22 years before moving to Seattle in 2013 and this is the best slice of NY-style pizza I’ve had since moving here.

Thank you for opening! I was so excited to pick up a pie tonight and was not disappointed. I ordered the SasSquash Pizza (mozz, seasoned ricotta, delicata squash, kale, caramelized onion, pecorino) I could hardly wait to get it home, it smelled amazing!

Perhaps the best pie I’ve gotten in Seattle. That sourdough crust really makes a difference and you can tell the folks here care about the pizza they are slingin. We’ll def be back. Just peak at the pic and tell me you don’t want some of that!!

Fantastic crust! I’m a fan of a crisp, almost cracker-like crust with a chewy Interior and they delivered. The sauce has a good taste, and the toppings are good though they don’t stand out nearly as much as the crust. Prices are reasonable, though the single slices are very expensive.

Had a bad experience here when yall first opened with overcooked pizza and wanted to give it another chance. Result was a very greasy experience. Ordered a pepperoni and added Calabrian chilies. I’m guessing the oil the chilies were stored in is the culprit. Half the pie and the insides of the slices were all ruined. The rest of the pie was good. I’d come back if I knew I could rely on crisp well done crust instead of a greasy mess.
