They source their beef from Maui Cattle, that’s literally the only positive from this place. I was in the area so I decided to give this food truck another chance but was the worse experience so far. They ration on every ingredient except the respective sauce on each burger. It’s a major overcompensation for the lack of taste. Menu is boring & don’t source other local ingredients. Service is terrible, don’t embody aloha & they don’t seem to be enjoying their job. If you’re looking for a burger or tasty food truck while on Maui, keep looking because you haven’t found it here.

I’ve been here twice and had the same issues both times. Simple requests just aren’t followed. The burgers are weak. I can’t recommend it. Using good ingredients doesn’t mean you get a pass for poor execution.

Try the award-winning Kula or Hana Burger with a side of onion rings, depending whether or not you like your mouth-watering Maui Cattle beef burger wrapped in bacon mmm… This place remains an undervalued gem for upcountry lunches!

Stopped by here on our way back to the condo. I tried the Kihei and my wife tried the Kula. We split a large onion rings. We both loved our burgers and loved the onion rings. The were quick to make the order and super friendly. I would definitely stop by here again.
