I absolutely loved my Italian sandwich with all the fixings, including hot peppers. The bread was so soft and there was just the right amount of meat and everything else. There was plenty of seating and the staff were very nice. I’d be in trouble if this sandwich shop was closer to my home, lol. I was so excited to eat, that’s why my photo only shows half the sandwich.

First time here, I think. Walking in, you smell the goodness. It’s quite simple to order. Walk around to the side, order the food, watch it go into the oven. Walk back to the front of the counter for fixin’ and pay. You’re done. Feel free to leave. There are some seats inside and more outside but who wants to sit outside in 100+ heat? Anyway, this is a great place to grab a quick bite.

If you’re going to Phoenix downtown and you are near Phoenix Municipal Courts, County Court and Phoenix City Hall you sure check Mom and Pop restaurant. This place is near all these locations. The food is excellent. They have coffee different sandwiches and unbelievable salads. You can do take order out Or of you have time I would dine in. They have plenty of outside seats you can sit and watch people. Plus this is one of the historical buildings in downtown Phoenix. If you enter historical buildings.
