Been there, done that… I have done Sticky Fingers before, but in Tennessee. This establishment did not come close to any satisfaction. Meat was dry (pulled pork and ribs), beans were fresh out the can and when I say fresh I mean it. The waitress was quick to respond and alarmed management. However, management failed to offer any compensation, but he did note the beans are fresh from the can and usually mixed with the Sticky Fingers bean mixture, I guess. Needless to say, I wasn’t impressed. To think, I wondered why the parking was not crowded on a Sunday evening. Now, I know why.

Definitely will not be going back. Chicken, Pulled Pork and Ribs were all dry and rubbery. Potato Salad was extremely salty and there was a bug in my drink. The only good part was that the server was very attentive and when the manager found out about our discontent, the meal was free. However, even though it was free, it was still horrible.

Although they have great service, the food was not to my expectation. The variety of sauces weren’t good, the food was precooked and served slightly warm, not fresh and hot. The one thing that did surprise me was the dessert of “sweet potato casserole”. It was appealing but the taste was great.

Don’t know how these folks say the BBQ is that good, much less anything else on the menu. Everything is from a box – similar to an Applebee’s-style restaurant – serving obvious pre-cooked/pre-processed goodness all around with not a single thing prepared freshly on a daily basis.
