The rice felt like it was microwaved and the only redeeming thing about this mango sticky rice was the perfectly ripe mango. Not sure what that flavorless drizzled cream was. Also why must I go to the back of a musty bar in broad daylight to order mango sticky rice?

This was truly awful. Two noodle dishes took 25 minutes and arrived ten minutes apart. The early one was room temperature. The staff could not care less and couldn’t be bothered to apologize. The second dish was basically all peppers and no other vegetables. This amounted to $50. This is Los Angeles, we literally have a Thai Town. Go anywhere else on Hollywood Boulevard and get something quick, fresh, authentic, and half the price. York Blvd has plenty of better places worth your time and money. One bright side is the bartender who took our order was friendly, but she works for Goldfish so Sticky Rice basically has zero redeeming qualities.

Did not enjoy that I have to go inside a musky bar to order my food where music is blasting, so my order was not correct, so I ended up paying more.

The pad see ew is a wonderful balance of flavors. Highly recommend it. Also the tom yum I’d delicious. The kitchen is in a bar with a nice size dance floor and pool tables if you end up eating in.

I always love eating at sticky rice! So excited to see them popping up on York for a late night mango sticky rice 🙂 The crew is super friendly, and it’s hard to find delicious food open LATE! ✌

All chicken satay skewers are burnt. All veggies from my pad thai is cold and uncooked. I don’t know if it’s legal to serve such food to your customer.

I don’t know if this place is just a sleeper spot but it was NOT what we expected when we walked by. Inside is a really cool vibe with billiards and a bar which you wouldn’t expect from walking by. My wife and I had pad see ew and Drunken Noodles (super basic but honestly always a solid way to gauge a thai spot) and they were spot on. Our official second favorite thai spot in LA. We didn’t get the chance to try to the sticky rice because they were out that day but definitely plan on coming back for that and to hopefully check out one of their live music events.

Had their burger with sticky rice buns and it was amazing! The rice held together nicely. I wish there was more Sriracha mayo to give it more spice! It came with seasoned fries. Their coconut water was amazing too with actual chunks of coconut.
