Have picked up food from here leaving a great smell in the car. It’s our first time here not knowing what to get, they were friendly and very helpful. Telling us what was good and telling us what was good with what. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re not that hungry, a vegetarian or a vigan. We got the 3 meat plates and didn’t finish it. But if you want good food and good portions at a reasonable price this is the place, staff is willing to help you enjoy your food. Great taste, Great price.

I ran across Stiles Switch BBQ while scrolling Twitter a few months ago and I was immediately intrigued. My girlfriend and I planned a lunch trip to try them out a few weeks ago and it was the best Texas BBQ I’ve had. I’ve been to a few big names in TX, but it was before I wrote reviews. Everything single thing we had was so good! We were dancing in our seats the entire time! I have zero complaints about the food, the service, the prices, or the atmosphere. If you want good BBQ thus is the place to be. I can’t wait to get back! See yall soon!

This place is amazing. Meats are spectacular and the sides fresh and delicious. Prime brisket is perfect, as good as any place on central Texas. I love their jalapeno cheddar sausage, especially with some of Lance’s mustard on it.

The Staff were friendly and it was a comfortable experience to order and see the preparation. There was a friendly person working the register. The ribs are quite tasty, with a try! The sausage was good, yet the post it’s spicy. I have a different definition of Spicy. The slaw is ok, the Mix of people around here are German and Czech. As a rule they want a creamier slaw! I recommend this place, it is clean and you feel good about leaving. Understand this BBQ pricing is way up, you would think we do not grow cattle in the state of Texas! End of Review, Carry on.

Recently had a nice meal with friends at Stiles & Switch in Cedar Park. It is a typical Texas BBQ setup, walk in, order, pick up your meal and enjoy in their fairly large indoor seating area.

We enjoyed the food so much! Delicious. My only complaint is that the Turkey was left out of our pick-up order. I would have loved to have tried it. We did not realize it was left out until we got home. Very delicious, though. The potato salad was surprisingly and amazingly great. The brisket, sausage, Dino ribs, and pork ribs were very tasty.

I need a repeat visit. All the bones of great bbq seem to be here. I had little time and needed to grab take out. I couldn’t find a chopped beef sandwich on the board. I asked for a simple lunch-sized sandwich with pre-mix chop. I added the tasty looking pickled onions and some pickles. No sides. I was shocked and appalled that the sandwich alone totaled over $14 w/tax!

Decent bbq cafeteria style restaurant. Get in line, grab a tray, choose your meats and your sides. Good flavor on the ribs and brisket but they were a little dry. Big portions. Mac and cheese was good and creamy. Coleslaw was flavorful and a little spicy without overdoing it. Easy in and out because of the self service. Good atmosphere and lots of cool, historical pics and information.
