A gem of a coffee shop right across the street from the beach access parking lot. You can even get views of the rocks and waves from seats in the dining area. Coffee is great, pastry was amazing after a long day in the car, and there were plenty of snack options for the family. We recharged and relaxed before heading down to the water to explore. Definitely worth a stop in before you get back on the road.

A small coffee shop across from the beach. Had the best Oat and lavender coffee. Sorry no food pictures this time the chunky chocolate chip cookie was so good (my daughter said)

Bakery is in the name and there is no drive through so I thought the food would be bakery food. It was all premade grab and go style food that was pretty good. It’s basically Starbucks. Coffees were good.

An excellent coffee shop on the first level of the Cape Kiwanda Inn. Delicious coffee and breakfast sandwiches, great service and a large variety of options. Definitely a special place on the coast. Can’t wait to return!

Blues guitar, and no blended drinks. That’s why I took a star off. Otherwise the food was good we got, a summer salad and a veggie quiche both good and decent portions; salad dressing was a bit runny. Service good. A lot of the stuff is premade like Starbucks I was not a fan of that gotta do what you gotta do.

We have a food allergy kid so eating out is very risky and anxiety inducing. When we took a chance at Stimulus to see if they had allergy friendly food our nine year old saw the most amazing chocolate cupcakes and was very excited when he saw they were gluten free and vegan – three allergies down (gluten, dairy, eggs), one to go. When we asked about nuts I was fortunate enough to get to talk to the baker who assured me they were safe and told me they were made with Bob’s red mill flour and the icing only had coconut milk – total win for us and the cupcakes were absolutely delicious. There is almost nothing better than eating a safe treat with your family while gazing out at the ocean across the street! Thank you to everyone at Stimulus for excellent service! We WILL be back.

Friendly baristas and atmosphere with an good variety of decent size breakfast pastries and drinks. The veggie sausage quiche was excellent and hearty. And the June special, cherry rose lemonade, was perfect for cooling off in these hot summer days.

Great small coffee shop right across from the beach. Beach bun was yummy, as were the energy bites (big hit for kiddos). It’s hard to find a good light roast—-but Stimulus had a great one! Service was excellent and speedy.

Stimulus is a great spot for well crafted breakfast sandwhiches, including vegan options, and coffee. I think the coffee is a bit too hot, but I generally drink pour over which is best around 180 deg so the grounds don’t scorch.
