i read quite a few one star reviews before going here which i’m not understanding, upon walking up to the restaurant, there was a QR code to scan to place your order, it was a very easy simple process. my food was ready in less than 10 minutes and the service was excellent. the flatbread came out to $17.11 after taxes which is pretty steep for a personal pie but to be fair, we are at the airport. the flatbread was phenomenal, i would highly recommend!

My husband and I spent 2 days here because of flight delays and cancellations. The staff went above and beyond to help us get up-to-date info on our flights. The food was delicious, the staff sweet and friendly. Summer (our bartender) was a joy to talk to as we killed time waiting to finally leave. We will always stop here from now on.

It’s rated 2 stars for a reason. The worst salad I’ve ever had in my life. The chicken on the salad was a gelatinous mess. The waitress we had unfortunately didn’t even come back to our table after the food was dropped. The worst airport restaurant I have ever been to.

If I could give this place a 0, I would please trust the reviews; they are very true! I walked into the place and the lady who “shakes” a lot said can i help you and i didn’t respond because i was not sure who she was talking to because there was a man at the counter who she was speaking with then she said “what do you want” i said i just want to order she goes here or to go i said to go as she begins to walk away she says go to the QR code and order i said ok where is it she goes out there i said I’m sorry where she lets out the BIGGEST HUFF and said over there in a very rude tone at that point i did not want to order anything from this place based on her lack of customer service but this was the only thing open to eat we get the food it’s ok my son was still hungry so i ordered another “pizza” about 20 mins go by and my son went to the counter and asks in a very polite tone do you have an order for amber I immediately went to the counter, and she said, “I need a receipt.” My son showed her on his phone that the order was paid for, and she said, “I can’t take that. Where is your receipt?” So I stepped in and told the rude “shaking” lady that we do not have a receipt, and I had nothing in my email because there was no option to put my email address anywhere. The lady goes, “Well, I’ve been here, and there is no receipt for anything.” I said, “Okay, let me look.” She then turns to her co-worker and says she supposedly has a receipt for an order. I said, “Not supposedly; I made an order.” I said, “Well, I don’t think we have anything, do we?” The man said yes. Then she turns back and says, “I ask everyone for their receipt, not just “your kind.” I said, “Excuse me, and I walked away to the guy who was making the pizza for my son. I walked away from her to the other side where her coworker is, and before I could take a breather, she said he checks tickets too, and he hasn’t printed anything! At this point, I have completely blocked this woman out. I walked away because I did not want to cause a scene. The pizza is done, and my son goes for the pizza. She says, “Did you find the receipt?” and I say, “Listen, I am the one that paid for it. Why are you asking my 11-year-old son about a receipt?” She says, “Listen, I have an audit that is happening, and I need to account for everything.” I cut her off and said, “What do you need to see?” I showed her my bank information, which shows the two orders I made at separate times. I told her you have been rude since we came to the bar to ask a question; your customer service is horrible and slightly racist. I walked away. Please stay away from this place. The white lady who shakes all the time when she talks to you has the worst attitude I have ever encountered! Whoever she is, she should be fired immediately. I would much rather starve than order any food from this place.

My server “Summer” or someone else at the restaurant charged my credit card for more than what I signed for. Theft! Make sure to check your credit card statement for fraudulent charges from this place!

I ordered Caesar salad and they served it in a small, cheap paper plate with a tiny plastic fork with tiny croutons, the endives of lettuce, leftover looking chicken and NO cheese. For $13 its not even worth it. I don’t want to compare to a dog but it definitely feels like they fed me scraps.

It’s airport food so what do you expect? But mean rude lady who works here. We ordered using their on line ordering system which is provided for on the sign… and then the rude waitress got mad that we wanted to sit at a table in the restaurant in the airport restaurant. I would have left her a nice tip but not now. Be kind y’all.

Rudest waiter ever. The white dude with the glasses and the nasty attitude (he was rude to everyone so I’m sure if you go there and he’s working you’ll know who I mean) caused me to leave immediately without ordering. I stood there and waited and then he rudely embarrassed me and sarcastically and condescendingly made sure the whole place knew that the “sign around the corner” was were I was supposed to place a take out order. The sign says “Easy Ordering” not take out ordering. I assumed (quite wrongly) that you would be able to order inside like everywhere else. At least one other person walked out because of the way he acted towards them and I was there for all of 10 minutes. Can’t imagine how much money they’re losing over this kid. He clearly thinks he should be a brain surgeon or something and through some series of unfortunate events he’s a bartender at the airport. Absolutely the worst person I’ve come across in a long time.
