I ordered a self-assembled stir-fry with shrimp. The cook decided not to add the shrimp. When I asked him what was up, he just shrugged his shoulders. I said I wouldn’t pay for his food, which he had already put on the plate. So he quickly threw in some shrimps into an empty wok, and not with the vegetables or the sauces I’d chosen. When I said I’d rather have them cooked together like they’re meant to be, he began to empty my plate of already cooked vegetables into the wok with the shrimp! I signaled to him that I wasn’t paying for this nonsense and started to walk out when he finally accepted his mistake and had me to choose the fresh vegetables and sauces again, and stir fried them in front of me. He clearly didn’t know how to stir fry either, but I couldn’t care less after all my time he had wasted and my movie was about to start in 20 min. BAD BUSINESS ETHICS. AVOID.

Highly recommend. You essentially get to prepare an entree with your own recipe. You fill a bowl your choice of veggies from a salad bar, add your choice of sauce and noodles/rice, give it to the chef and he prepares the dish right in front of you.
