Definitely like the location. The outside was very beautiful. The plans and water fall very nice. The inside also very well taken care of. The service was great. The wrap wasn’t that good the wife said didn’t have enough taste. My California burger wasn’t as good as I thought it would be. So they get a 4 because the food wasn’t as great.

Went with my wife for a Valentines lunch date. She had the Bruschetta burger and I had the flounder sandwich on rye. Both were very tasty! Fries were good as was the coleslaw and pickle. Lauren was our server and she was awesome as well. We will be back to dine again!

I don’t normally leave these types of reviews however, I am the person that loves to know peoples opinions on places I’ve never been. Stirling Diner is the closest diner to my home and on Saturday morning of 8/26 my husband and I decided to grab breakfast at this diner. Upon arriving the host ignored us for 10 minutes till a server asked if we were being helped. After being seated, 15 minutes into our coffee my husband feels a crawling sensation up his leg. There was nothing on his leg until I noticed second later a roach on the table we were sitting at. For someone who is very picky with her food to begin with? It was absolutely disgusting to witness a roach within inches from me as well as dirty utensils on the table prior to the food arriving. Again I am not the type of person to bring this to anyone’s attentions but I would hope you read reviews before you eat anywhere.

Have been here for breakfast a few times, usually on Sunday mornings. There is a lively vibe and it’s clearly a popular local place. On our last visit, the waiter could not have been more friendly and attentive and we liked all of our food choices. I particularly like ordering curly fries with egg dishes. We live in NYC so don’t get here that often but when in the area, I will plan to visit again.

We used to go to this diner fairly often when it was owned by the last people. It was lively, the food was delicious and fresh and it was just a great community spot overall. Now, it seems to be dead with below average and expensive food. Would not recommend.

Michelin rating 5* good service, friendly, very clean. Portions are way beyond what you expect, cooked just as you requested. My group will return in August with a 4 member,3 from Union Cty,1 from Far Hills, can’t say enough but DO RECOMMEND!!

Visited this diner today for brunch for the 1st time. Very clean place with beautiful roses garden, with tables outside, delicious food, sweet staff. I ate the Southern Cajun grilled chicken, with avocado and scrambled eggs. Just AMAZING!!! I highly recommend this dish and this place.

Nice looking diner inside and out. Had Pancakes which were “ok”.. came with packs of corn syrup which was dissappinting…, just very average at best. Coffee was not good… service was lacking and waitress forgot about us multiple times, was on phone for a while, etc… would not go back.
