Always a stellar meal here at the Stone bar. Consistency in the kitchen, a huge plus with me! All the entrées we ordered were excellent! Taylor, our server was polite, professional and on point. She never missed a beat! We will return and we highly recommend the Stonebar! Tonight was pasta night, a pasta dish, soup AND salad and bread all included for 25.00. We had the duck entree, the two other people in my party had the pasta entrees, all excellent and exceptional! Great atmosphere and a funky bar shaker glass collection. Big fireplace in the main dining room! Outdoor seating too!

Father’s Day dinner at the Stonebar Inn in Stroudsburg. First time tasting espresso martini. Can I say, yummy? My husband had a mojito but switched to the espresso martini after tasting mine. Food was delicious and the atmosphere cozy. Service outstanding.

First visit here to celebrate a friends birthday with a group of nine of us. Despite having a large rambunctious party, the service was able to not just handle and keep up with our large party, but they delivered exceptional service. Everyone in the group raved about their meal. I tried the prime rib special they had that evening, and it was certainly ranked as one of the best I’ve ever had. Excellent drinks from the bar and this is certainly going to be one of our regular places to visit when in the area.

Such an amazing upscale restaurant. From the atmosphere, to the staff, to the food, everything was perfect. The chefs clearly take pride in their work because the food is not only AMAZING, they take time to plate the dishes so beautifully and ensure they’re full of flavor and beautiful presentations. Even with a large party, the waitress was very attentive, fast, and helpful/informative of the menu. They provide A LOT of food, so I unfortunately did not make it to dessert but I have heard rave reviews about their desserts. I highly recommend this restaurant for a nice date night, a more upscale dining experience, or for extremely good, high quality meals.

Porterhouse was good, i hesitate to say great because I asked for medium and it was closer to the raw side. The house salad was an incredible mix of greens with cranberry, toasted pumpkin seeds and covered in a house vinaigrette. The atmosphere was friendly. It seemed unchanged since the thirties and was complete with a tall bar that seemed bigger than the rest of the place. The wait staff were very friendly despite how busy they were.

Very nice and pleasant service but the food was not as good as what we expected. We appreciated the fresh rolls and butter and we thought the cocktails and salads were delicious. Most of our party found some of the items too salty such as the calamari and the wings. The chicken entre and the rib appetizer were on the dry side, but the pork chop and crab cakes were moist and flavorful.

This was such an amazing dinner. Quiet, intimate, romantic atmosphere. Top notch service and hospitality. Our server, Allison, was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. The food was impeccable. Best Duck I’ve ever had. The shrimp creole appetizer was flavorful and beautiful. The salads are amazing and fresh. Absolutely will be back.
