Up until today we ordered from here every Friday night. Same order same way. Today there app screwed up, not us considering I ordered from our recent history, and sent me a pizza without cheese. When I called to ask about it the restaurant rudely told me that it was and online order and that I’m stuck with it. I’ve spent over $500 dollars with this place and never complained once no matter how badly the pizza was cooked, but they can’t make it right on one order being 2 minutes up the road. Customer lost for good.

My family and I have been here a couple of times. Each time the staff has been inviting and attentive. This most recent visit was no exception yesterday. We were greeted immediately upon entering on this quiet weekday afternoon. We ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, 3 cheese white pizza and Greek salad. The Greek salad came out very quickly and was full to the brim in a large bowl. Our pizza’s came out not too long after that and were piping hot. The staff were very kind and speaking with my son about him being on vacation and what we had done that day. He is autistic and those little interactions mean so much more to him than most other kids. Those little welcoming touches are so nice. All of our food was cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed our whole experience at Stone L’oven.

Had been coming here for some time, but won’t anymore. Had a bad experience with customer service. Placed an online order, when got home discovered one of the items was completely wrong. Called and they did offer to make the correct item but refused to deliver it. Then would not comp the incorrect item since I have to spend my money for gas and time to drive back. So any extra 40 minutes round trip due to their mistake and they wouldn’t even throw me a gift card or anything?

Yes the food was very good until they kept messing up on my order. I decided to try again today and once again they screwed up. When I call to tell them they give every excuse in the book. That’s it for me good bye Stone L’ oven Pizza you should take L’oven out of you name. Manager was useless she should have offered to correct the errors and train her staff better.

I place an order for pick. When my father went to pick it up they claimed they didn’t have any such order under my name. He even said what the order was and they denied having any order for pick up that matched. Staff and management was very rude to him. He didn’t have his cell and asked to call the house as he doesn’t know my cell phone number. I understand not allowing him behind the counter but they could have called on his behalf. When he came back I called the restaurant and the girl gave me an attitude saying whoever took my order wrote my name down as Tiller. I asked to speak to a manager and the response I got was “mmmmhmmm.” Management was not nice either and said I can come back to pick it up. This was an error on their behalf and there was no accknologment for it nor did they offer free delivery for their mistake.
