all I can say is this was the worst customer service I’ve ever had period, had an online order, when I went to get my pizza plus cinnamon rolls I took a look at the rolls and there was no sauce on them, I asked them why and they said they didn’t have any, no big deal, they gave me a little side cup with the last bit of sauce In it, I completely understood, I guess the location was out of the dipping sauces, garlic and ranch, I had paid from them through the app but it was no big deal again I didn’t really care that much it was like 1.50, so I got back to my house opened the box of pizza and pulled out a piece and the whole thing of cheese separated from the pizza and fell off, I realized the pizza was not cooked all the way, the bottom was completely dough and not edible whatsoever, I called the store and asked if I could come up there with the pizza to get a refund, and I was told nothing could be done if I bit off of it, I explained I hadn’t even took a bit yet and he said “well I guess your out of luck” and hung up in my face.i tried calling back twice but on one answered. I had to call the midtown location to actually get ahold of somebody, but I have yet to get the situation resolved I just paid 30$ for a meal that was completely inedible, I had to order a different pizza somewhere else and literally had to throw the entire pizza I bought away, I would not recommend this place at all and honestly surprise y’all are even in business with this kind of customer service, I get it things happen, food isn’t cooked though like you thought, or y’all don’t have the sauces, but speaking to someone like that and handling the situation like you did was unprofessional

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. They’ve almost tripled the cost of everything, and with that upcharge, you get LESS in terms of everything. Don’t expect competent service, it took them over 15 minutes to figure out how to open the register. Spent $70 for small salad, regular salad(they left off the chicken and salad dressing), and 2 tiny pizzas. The same order previously cost under $40 and it included the chicken(which was ordered by deliberately left off to save money for them) and 2 dressing packets(I got zero dressing) and the entire order would’ve been perfect when it was picked up. Now you’re lucky if they only stare at you with minimal contempt in their eyes since you’re disrupting their tiktok time. This place is a complete waste of money, time, and effort. If you threw your money into a fire you would get more benefit from it than by spending it here.

I’m in town for a mini stay. Ordered a delivery-a bundle or feast. It was suppose to be a large, 2 topping pizza, bread sticks, 4 cookies, and a half gallon of tea. Delivery driver arrived before quoted time-which was nice. She was kind. She told me the tea wasn’t with the order-the store sent her without the tea-and they didn’t offer an alternative. It wasn’t her fault. The food was good. I’m not at home, where drinks are available. I’m at a hotel and it would’ve been nice to have a drink with my food.

I’ve given Stoners Pizza so many chances and they continue to disappoint….which sucks because the food is pretty good and they have the best ranch dressing for dipping. The first time they delivered and the driver told us they were out of cookies, so that was my $6 loss. The second time we placed a $36 takeout order only to show up and they were closed. No one answered the phone and they never did open so that myself and a few others waiting outside could get the food we already paid for. I did call the next day and was given a refund. The third and final time was a $25 takeout order for lunch that I ordered online. Got there at noon to pick up and was told they didn’t have any dough ready. You have ONE job and that’s to make pizza….what do you mean you don’t have any dough ready and hour after you’ve been open?! So that’s it for me. This location is terrible.

The cashier seemed new and had a poor attitude but the rest of the staff were amazing and very helpful. When the cashier accidentally overcharged me for a simple mistake (probably due to being new and not knowing the menu too well) the supervisor came and corrected the charge and verified everything I wanted was ordered correctly. The wait for the food was no longer than to be expected for a order to be made fresh and the atmosphere was relatively pleasant so the time flew by. The pizza was amazing and better than most of the pizza joints I’ve had in the area. The brownie was incredible and I definitely recommend getting one.

I have tried several times to give them another chance but I give up. The food tastes ok but the prices have become OUTRAGEOUS. I paid $60+ for one small pizza, an order of wings and an order of pizza rolls. The order wasn’t correct (again) when I received it. I called and was told that they were out of wings and substituted them with “boneless wings” which were described on the website as nuggets (they were super small and sad). There is an $8 difference in price but I wasn’t asked if I wanted the substitution and still charged me $17.99 instead of the $9.99 boneless wing price. I try to use businesses in our neighborhood but consistently having experiences like this makes me unable to continue.

This is the worst customer experience that I have ever had. This little girl behind the counter has a smart mouth. She is rude. Her mom did not teach her manners. All I asked her is if I put my order how long is it going to take. Her reply as long as it takes to make it and rolled her eyes and got back on her cell phone. Her mom should have taught her manners. I stopped going in to the stoners in midtown because this girl was there now I just wanted my pizza and she is here. I Will be going to mellow mushroom from now on I will be referring all my friends to that business because at least I get wonderful customer service there!!! And my pizza was disgusting not cheese on most of it. Will not be back!!!

I had a to go order of boneless wings and garlic knots. The boneless wings were terrible. Tasted like they were stale and had been warmed in the microwave. They didn’t put any sauce on my wings, even though I ordered the honey hot flavor. And they also forgot to put in the requested dipping sauce. The only reason this review is getting 2 stars is because the garlic knots are delicious. Overall the food is poor quality and very expensive
