The staff was very efficient and friendly. The food was very good except my brownie was a little burnt. I’d recommend the short ribs, seafood stew, cheesecake and brownie sundae. I was hoping to see an apparition but not this time.

Best takeout I’ve had in the area. The lobster roll was packed with lobster meat and had two whole claws. So delicious. The mac and cheese was good and the brownie sundae was excellent. I look forward to trying more things from here. Really delicious.

Great food, experience and atmosphere. The restaurant was packed, so we found a seat at the bar. The service was very prompt. The restaurant is an old house, and they had a fire burning in the fireplace adding to the atmosphere. Definitely a place you could go for a nice date night. The food was incredible, the salmon I got was the best dish of salmon I have ever had. I literally wanted to lick the plate! All around an amazing experience!

Been coming here for years. Ambiance is cozy and great, so I always give it another try. Ate inside at a bar table. Fruit flies were everywhere. I had to cover my beer with a napkin. Scallop small plate was good, but calamari was so overcooked I couldn’t even get a fork in it. Fantastic restaurant for lunch or dinner. Great menu, including loads of beers on tap and great cocktails. In warmer months the outdoor seating is lovely. In colder months the fireplaces inside bring a quintessential New England feel to your meal. Just sitting in the bar area is very nice. The history of Stones is very interesting, ask about the ghost!
