Yes. Bento box is delicious and cheap for lunch! Miso soup is as close to miso in Japan as I’ve come in years. Great location.

The service was great, Dave was our waiter and he was prompt and always around to attend our needs. The sushi was great and the drinks were made perfectly. There was 6 of us and we had all of our food in under 20 minutes of ordering. I will definitely return on my next trip 🙂

We were very happy with our meal. The rolls and sashimi were very good and I loved the miso soup with a kick (optional). The sushi bar was slammed but everyone was apologetic. It was worth waiting for There was fun live music and that made the evening very enjoyable. So nice to get away from burgers and pizza.

Our service was okay. The wait was slow, and the food was delivered to our large group table all mixed up, but at least our waitress seemed to genuinely care and tried to help us get sorted out. When we finally did get everything squared away and everybody their appropriate food, we surprisingly found that we got everything we ordered – so that’s the 2nd star. The food itself was mediocre. Ramen was not good, shrimp appetizer was sadly basic and dull vs the price and menu description, and sushi was okay.

The staff was friendly and engaging. Excellent service. Thank you Joe. I was a bit worried since the other reviews had mixed thing to say about the staff but it seems like slow service was probably just usual restaurant industry during the busy season. The food was wonderful. The poke tacos we’re delicious with a bit of extra sauce and the ramen was a good portion for a single carb load meal after hitting the slopes or as an order to split if your not as hungry. Sake and tea was served hot and green tea cheesecake wasn’t too sweet and a good topper for the meal. Smaller menu was perfect for a seasonal restaurant and had the basics.

First time I’ve left a review, but I felt I should after reading several of the others. Wait times on the mountain can be long – waited over an hour for 4 tacos at a different restaurant just the other night. We were looking for a nicer place to go – the reviews to this place almost scared us off, but we decided to try it anyway.

After long day of skiing with the kids, we thought some nice Asian food was the perfect finish. We ordered promptly as we sat down. An hour later, still no food. Other tables who had arrived well after us were already getting their orders. Waitress tried to justify this by saying that sushi was quicker and easier to make compared to Fried Rice!!!pathetic excuse. Anyway we decided to leave and as we were leaving the table (1.5hours after we sat down) the duty manager came to say that the chef was finally starting on our meal and that we would get 20% off, which we thought was comical – we left – I had enough by that stage. Piece of advice to Storm King – you need to get your shop sorted out.

Sushi was what you can expect being away from the ocean and a major airport. We arrived a little before 6 which was perfect- after that a flood of people came in bogging down the waiters. Sushi was pretty good- trio salad was awesome. Hot sake was exactly what you can expect.

I was so hungry after a long day of skiing, and looking forward to Asian fare. Service was very slow, but I was with fun fellow diners so was able to be patient. Unfortunately, none of the food proved worth the wait. My “Ski Salad” was mediocre at best, with a watery ginger dressing – but I ended up being thankful for it because the Pork Ramen was basically inedible. Basically cafeteria quality stewed pulled pork over stuck-together Lipton noodles, with hardly any vegetables or “broth,” which in the case was more like gravy. GROSS, GROSS, GROSS. I should’ve read the reviews ahead of time, as there are many diners who say the same. Wish I could say the dishes the other diners ordered redeemed the place, but that was not the case. The sushi was like grocery store fare and came out on the wrong plates. (One diners sushi was on the plate with a different diners sushi, to which the server shurgged and said, “That’s just how they sometimes do it,” leaving us to divide up and replate ourselves.

Waited nearly 45 minutes to get some of the smallest sushi rolls I’ve ever eaten. The food tasted good but you can hardly feel satisfied with such tiny potions. Also they had ‘shrek: happily ever after’ playing on repeat on every tv and wouldn’t change the channel when requested. Overall: long wait, small food. Good movie choice, but it wasn’t enough to compensate for problems in other areas.
