Stopped in on the way through town a few weeks ago for some breakfast. Great spot with a small-town feel. Service was exceptional, the food was just what I expected from a “country kitchen” and the prices were extremely reasonable. The next time I go through Livingston, I’ll definitely drop in for a bite to eat!

This is a good place to get some country breakfast and you get decent portions and not expensive.

We visit Livingston Tennessee every year, and we stop and eat lunch! We have NEVER had bad anything.. great service, good, home cooked meals, and the prices are within a good range. My family, on my Dad’s side, is from the area, and I have been eating at the blue circle for many, MANY years!! We are part of the Sells family, and we absolutely love the area, and the people residing in it My heart is in Livingston Tennessee, and the blue circle restaurant

I came looking for some chocolate gravy and biscuits and found it! As good as grandmama’s, an Overton County specialty.

Stopped in for breakfast, we just closed on a house and didn’t know the town. Had a real breakfast of good old comfort food including pork loin on a biscuit and cheesey grits. There was very nice color on the loin and a very flaky biscuit. The grits tasted very fresh and were the perfect consistency. We will definitely be back to try biscuits and both gravies.

Have dined here several times when I get to Livingston. Food is always hot and freshly prepared. Have chosen several different menu selections, always very palatable This trip I took my mother, I had a tenderloin sandwich and fries, my Mom had a catfish dinner, both were delicious

Their breakfast is very good. They said their pecan pie was homemade, but it tasted store bought. Waitress was nice.

First time visitors for lunch. The weekend specials are a great value. The wait staff was friendly, efficient, and anticipated our needs. I would rank them 5 stars. However, I found the catfish to be just average. Thin filets that had more breading than meat and quite greasy. Overall I would probably return, but order something different.

I’ve lived around this area going on two year’s and Stover’s has the absolute best food around Hats off to the chefs ‍ I have my burger with cheese and sauteed onions and it’s the best I’ve ever ate. Everyone is so nice and the surrounding is like family ❤️⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Good little mom and pop place, food was good and hot and affordable…way better deal than a fast food joint but it does take time because they dont microwave everything on the menu. They have a pretty good daily special of 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks for 11$.
