Working 3rd shift, I like to have my “Friday Fish Fry” at lunch time. Love the breaded perch. I call ahead to get it to go, and it is always Freshly made. The perch is nicely breaded, and the potato salad is homemade. You do not have to wait until later in the day to get an awesome dinner.
