I haven’t been here in years and I have to say it is not what I remembered. Food was ok. I ordered the ribeye sandwich which they are apparently known for and I remember it being better. It was average and I have had better ones at different restaurants with better quality meat. I do have to say they finally learned how to cook their fresh cut fries and we got a huge portion. They used to be so mushy and greasy. The onion rings tasted kind of like fish.

Food is great but one of the security guards with a vest was extremely rude and having a power trip. Yelling and giving out commands to leave the premises and to move my car when I was in airing for my food to be ready. I loved the place and the people who work here but I can’t recommend anyone to come on the weekends especially when they have “security” like this harassing customers.

This place has the absolute BEST pastrami sandwich I’ve had in Illinois, and I’ve been here 4 years! They have the best fries and BBQ sauce I’ve ever had, that’s no exaggeration. The prices are great, the food is delicious and the staff is friendly. You can’t go wrong. 10/10 we’ll definitely be here again!

I love this place. I do not get a chance to come here as often since they moved long ago. Food is awesome. Cheeseburgers rock. Juicy and meaty make sure you get the grilled onions on it. The onion rings are to die for. They are a must every time I get here. Don’t forget the malts and shakes. They are Thick and creamy. The best. You just have to get here!!!

Fox News playing in the dining room… I love America and they must not. I run a crew of 8 and wish i saw that before we ordered. My dad did a car show here in the 90s, 1st place. Trilon…it was supposed to be a fun coincidence running down memory lane but instead they ruined my day… they now must harbor hate instead of the community that I remember. Must be why half their dining room is full of old toys and not open tables… sad! Nostalgia is not worth supporting fascism… never again.

This place makes some delicious food. Don’t get mad when they don’t remove pickles or other veggies from your burger. Pick them off and eat. But yes, it’s likely (with delivery orders at least) that you’ll have all the veggies you requested off the burger.

OMG I just had one of the best cornbeef and pastrami sandwiches I’ve ever had. This restaurants customer service is beyond spectacular! They went above and beyond to make sure me and my son had a full blown Strat’s experience. This was my first time and it’s not going to be my last.
