Wanted to try this place a few times before giving a review. This place was clean with great customer service and the food was consistent with taste each time. Ordered pizza, breadsticks and potato wedges. Pizza was juicy and flavorful. The breadsticks and wedges were a nice savory addition. Overall food was delicious and fulfilling. Will definitely be back!

I visited Straw Hat Pizza today on my way down Auto Mall and was impressed by their customer service. We tried the combination pizza (The Works) and the Garlicky Chicken Pizza, both were made fresh in front of us and tasted GOOD. The crust was not too thin and not too thick (just right). If you are ever in the area, I highly recommend them! : )

Food=delicious. Cayn’t give 5 stars cause of waiting 15+ mins each time over stated time at order. Even got texts from them saying “your order is ready to be picked up”. Must be a Russian bot sending them texts. Don’t make no sense when short staffed.

Honestly was expecting similar quality of pizza from the Hayward branch but ended up with something worse than little Ceasars, the garlic bread was burnt and the pizza had skimpy topings, please save your self money and time and just go eat somewhere else
