The service was great! People there are so nice and gave us free malasadas with our order. Unfortunately the noodles had so much grease it was inedible. So much grease that it pooled at the bottom of the take out bag. I would give that place another try but never the noodles or anything fried.

The fried noodles are too sweet. I didn’t expect that. The CharSiu Pork fried noodles would be better if the noodles were NOT sweetened. The noodles tasted like they were fried in a sweetener or sugar was added. I think the noodles should be a contrast to the already sweetened pork garnished on top. Sweet noodles with the sweet pork was just more like a dessert flavor and too sugary for me, and so I did not enjoy that.

Loved the smoked meat noodles, and you gotta try the pork mozzarella cutlet with chorizo gravy. Always solid and consistent items. We’ve had both at their main location and the truck when it goes to events in Waikiki and once in Moana Lua school.

Ordered garlic shrimp from the food truck during the Great Waikiki Festival. I spent the next 18 hours in the bathroom with food poisoning. I know it was from their food because up until that meal, my spouse and I had shared all of our meals that day. Ruined the last day of my vacation.
