Very displeased. We have ordered from here multiple times (large orders each time) as we live just a few blocks from them. Have ordered the white pizza multiple times as well. This time, we got it, and it’s packed, like ridiculously packed with garlic cloves. To the point that we are just eating garlic and barely any pizza. Too much harlic makes me sick, so I reach out to the restaurant, and I am just told this is how the pizza comes and is too bad. I was completely dismissed when i mentioned we have had this pizza many times before and never came like this. We can’t even eat it. It’s disgusting!

Stopped for some lunch. Husband had slice pizza and hot wings. I had slice pizza and salad. Pizza was good size and salad was big considering it was lunch. We had plenty to take home.

Tried to place an order. They wouldn’t add meatballs or change the sauce to pink sauce. I also asked for a side of garlic cheese bread because it wasn’t an option on Uber eats. They’ve accommodated me before. I asked to be charge extra which they’ve done in the past and have the ability too. Manager and staff are just lazy and don’t care. What’s the point in paying extra for good food if the staff have no work ethic?

Julie in leadership is tanking this company. I live less than a mile away and got delivered the worst pizza and wings that were cold. When I called and asked for somebody to help. The person who answered said that the manager asked him to field my phone call. When I finally got to talk to Anthony “manager”, he was very dismissive of my issues. I then asked for a GM to talk to. His response , “Julie the owner will never call anybody back”. If this is how this business is run I hope they don’t make it. This company is not interested in the community around them. They don’t want to be better. I’m never ordering from them again ! Julie sounds like the worst manager ever

Make sure you always check you orders, if you have an allergy double check, streets of NY consistently makes this mistake. Then the solution is for you to simply cancel the order and move on! Don’t reorder because the replacement is worse then the original with the killer ingredients! It’s worth having your throat closed then to get the rushed replacement that’s uneatable. Mistakes happen, but the attitude doesn’t help. It’s not my fault the kitchen didn’t read the ticket, that said clear as day “No OLIVES ALLERGY *****”. Yet, no response from the company, it’s ok they send dog food that went straight into the trash. The good news is Iron Chef right down the street, never disappoints. Skip over Streets of NY…it’s not worth the risk!
