Quite literally the worst banh mi I’ve ever had. The pork belly was terrible, floppy and slathered in mayo. All I could taste was mayo and pork fat.

Aah! A nice place for tasting snack size street food! Beautiful ambience and nicely decorated for size. I ordered the shrimp dumplings and they were NICE. The coconut pudding very small in portion size but very good to taste so I wish there were more to eat this yummy treat! The mocktails are quite unique and best for a summer day. I ordered the lemongrass drink with basil seed. Also, I liked the fact they didn’t not give plastic glass for water but cute cups and galss bottles. Overall good experience will go back again.

Its a no. I got delivery and nothing had flavor. I had to add salt to my pho. The pickled carrots in the banh mi were flavorless. Its just not good. Don’t waste your money here.

really happy to have found this place. the egg rolls were a surprise, instead of a couple big ones u get a bunch of small ones. the grandma’s special dumplings were amazing. the two phos were really delicious, very fresh ingredients. i will definitely be a regular!

Used to love this place but the value proposition went downhill. You pay so much for portions that are a fraction of the average Vietnamese restaurant. When their competitor next door closed they immediately took advantage and jacked up prices.

It’s close so I keep trying it but everything is a miss, iced Vietnamese coffee is good but over $6!! All prices are exorbitant for a place you can’t even sit down or go inside. The fried stuff is yummy but the banh mi is so so sad and costs more than all the city’s good ones, brown st, fu wah, pho street – go there and skip this place

Great food, desserts and drinks. Our family had the garlic shrimp net rolls (our fave!), pork & chive dumplings, banh mi & vermicelli bowl (tofu & chicken & pork belly). We love the soft serve desserts (Thai tea & strawberry shortcake) and new boba drinks.

I eat here ALL the time. Great service. Great food. The woman at the front is always so kind and even asks about my day. The food is sooo good and pretty fast. -Zoe

Go to Chinatown and you will get double the food for the same price. This place serves a small simple portion which was ok given the previous price. They have since raised the price into the range of restaurants that serve double the portion and arguably better product. I dont mind paying more but what I am receiving for the money is not on par with the rest of the city.

This food is just GOOD. I honestly think it’s some of the highest quality Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. It is so fresh and the ingredients are top of the line. The best part about it is that you can tell it’s “homemade” or from scratch and it makes you FEEL good, which good food should do! Highly recommend the vegetable soup, the
