Blown away by the quality of the ramen here. It’s so delicious and probably the best I’ve ever had. The homemade egg noodles were super tasty, and the broth was complex and yummy. Soul healing kind of ramen. We will definitely be coming back here regularly and bringing friends from out of town here when they visit. Hell Sauce was awesome and added a great flavor and spice to the dish. Hell Sauce comes in 1-5 levels. We tried 3 this time which was still pretty spicy but nothing crazy. We are going to keep trying the higher levels! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I mean it’s Strings, you already know it’s going to be good if youeve ever been to the OG in Chicago, this one is bo exception. The spicy crab ramen was fantastic and the Hell level 1 sauce is a nice touch if you like spice. The edamame comes with some spice on top which I loved, my partner did not, so just be aware to order it with just salt if you don’t like a little spice.

Got the hell ramen level 3. It was everything I expected and more. Not for someone who is not used to having hot food. They have a lot milder ramens, opt for those. For the brave hearted, try the level 5 challenge.

We went there on a busy Saturday night. It was packed but I didn’t mind the wait. It was a good thing they gave us the menu while we were waiting so when we got seated we were able to put in our order immediately. I was expecting a bit of a wait there too since it was busy but we got our food really fast. Good job on that one. And the pork belly on this donburi I ordered really hits the spot. My husband got tonkatsu ramen, and it was good. The flavor was just right and not salty like the other ramen places I’ve been too. Noodles were cooked right. I am impressed at how they managed to keep the quality of food despite the busy dinner rush.

We dined in on a weekend and we were seated lol okay right away. I enjoyed reading the history of ramen and guide to eating ramen on their menu. I got the Vegetarian Hell Ramen Level 2 and it wasn’t as spicy, so I added some Onikasu (red spice) that was provided on each table. My husband got a level 3, and that was spicy! The broth was very flavorful and I liked the toppings as well. This is easily one of my favorite ramen places in the area.

The ramen noodles is good, as you can feel the real noodle texture and aldante. The ramen soup is spiced enough and makes your tongue dancing.

Loved this ramen. Great experience all around. My wife got level 1 and it was good . Heat built as you ate. My son got the level 2. He could not finish because the heat level got him. All agreed my Tonkotsu was the best of the 3. Staff was wonderful.

An amazing place to eat if you are a huge fan of ramen! They ran out of a few drink options which was a bummer, but they give out free water for you. I ordered kuro buta loin ramen, it’s a very good beginner option to try!

This place was absolutely awesome. By boyfriends never had authentic Ramen before I think this place did a great job with his first exposure. Our server was helpful & explained the menu to us. We got the hellfire ramen level 3, which if you like ghost peppers and related spicy level, then I think you’d love it as well. We were in an out within an hour (Sunday Afternoon) & everything was excellent. It left us full but not overly stuffed. Would definitely come back.

Such amazing food! Good size portions and even more flavor! The owners are so friendly and nice! Makes eating here taste that much better knowing how involved and passionate they are! My favorite is the gyoza so good, and ramen all ways! The pork belly is melt in your mouth fresh and good! Save room for some mochi ice cream, the red bean is my favorite!!! Great place to get good food that does not take long to prepare!!
