Too expensive for a watered down smoothie. A bit of impatient attitude from the employees as well. Smoothie was at least not terrible so i give it two stars. They needed to have put more ingredients in though

They were so bad at handling my allergies it was scary. The employee straight-up lied to me, saying they didn’t use nuts when there were clearly peanut butter and walnut/raisin mix in the display case in front of me. Completely oblivious to cross-contamination risk. You need to train your employees better, or someone is going to get very sick or worse.

Before today (3-17-23), my daughter had bought me a beef and chicken gyro while i was getting a procedure done at the hospital. I went back for a followup appointment and decided to order the same. With attitude the worker told me that they don’t do those kind of gyros. I did not like his body language and did not want to argue so i just purchased the beef one. Food is good but some of the employees are not friendly. That is why I gave 2 stars.

On 4/22/2023 My daughter suffered a severe anaphylactic reaction after ingesting a piece of Cinnamon Cake at your NYC location. The product was not properly labeled for allergens. I left emails a couple of times and called and spoke to Rosie who assured me the cake did not have nuts, if which my daughter is allergic. On Sunday 4/23 I had a friend purchase the same cake and there are clearly what appears to be walnuts. Still waiting for the owner to address this matter. My daughter is alive and well after quick medical attention but this could have been so much worse. If you care about the health and safety of your customers I‘m asking you properly label this product or don’t sell it.

They make the food quiet fast, made fresh in front of you. The also have a juice/smoothie section that is awesome and have a different mixture compared to other spot. Pancakes are large and fluffy. Seating area, no outlets but they do have a restroom. Only thing I’d say is don’t be stingy on the cream cheese! ( I love bagel with cream cheese) Great shop!

For a double burger they will charge you like for 2 whole hamburgers without letting you know in advance. If you don’t like the food, you can’t return it. The hamburger was dry and bland, apparently from an old frozen patty. Was extremely hungry but couldn’t finish it. Had to throw in the garbage. Would not recommend to anyone. Customer service is nonexistent. No manager on the floor.
