Just visiting the Raleigh, NC area for a class, Stromboli’s Express is just around the corner, so of course it makes a very easy lunch option. One just cannot beat their lunch specials, a salad, hot fresh bread, 2 slices of pizza, and a drink, all for $10! I’m hooked, will have lunch there every day of my class. Good food, good atmosphere, and good price!

How do you have the face to actually serve someone this. We order to go and it was pretty late but that is no excuse to serve someone burnt food! Not only did we waist time but money as by the time we got home they were closed!

A great local restaurant that never disappoints! Started with the pear and gorgonzola salad followed by Spinach ravioli and grilled chicken in a lemon cream sauce. It was a wonderful surprise. Took half of it home for another meal. Treat yourself!

This was our first time here and the food was decent. We ordered calamari for appetizer and that came out pretty fast which is good. They were lightly fried and looked good but they seemed fishy to me. We also ordered the vegetarian pizza and that had a good taste just a little soggy. Overall it was good. Not anywhere I’d rush to get back too.

What a great place, just a smidgen away from the madness of Capital Blvd! Nestled amongst trees and spacious enough to bring friends or comfortably dine alone. There was plenty of parking, too. A rarity, these days.

A great place for an informal family meal or a after game celebration with your little league baseball team or gymnastics squad. Pizza, pasta, and really a really great bread basket to start, this place is a wonderful local neighborhood eatery.
