We went for ice cream and it was dead. Cashier wouldn’t let us order verbally and forced us to use the kiosk. It showed that there were only 3 flavors you could select when the counter clearly had 8 different flavors. We selected one each with toppings. Quite awhile later the cashier calls us over because they are out of both the ice cream flavor and topping. What is the point of the kiosk? You still had to take my order verbally anyways. Was a super long wait for poor quality $10 ice cream 🙁 Again, no one ahead or behind us in line.

I ordered the Philly Cuban and the Mac n Cheese. Absolutely fantastic. I talked to the supervisor and asked about the place, and learned they use fresh ingredients. No wonder the food is so good. The bread crumbs in the mac n cheese is also great because most places don’t have that homemade touch. Anytime I’m in the city around lunch time, Stu & Sammy’s is one the top 5 spots I’ll go to.

We were really looking forward to a burger from this place in DECO but, we had a very rude customer service experience and it turned us off from the place. The man making the food had an attitude after asking a simple question from the menu and did not want to explain the menu options.

The woman at the register has a horrible attitude. I wouldn’t want her anywhere near my food. I ordered a canned soda at the self check out tablet and the woman at the register told me that I ordered a fountain soda because the order receipt didn’t specify can or fountain. The receipt just said “1 ginger ale”. Based on the other reviews, I’m not the first person to be subjected to her poor customer service. Glad another staff member was there to say the computer doesn’t specify can or fountain sometimes. If it was up to her I would not have gotten my can of ginger ale.
