A standard bearer of steak and seafood rural dining. What’s not typical is the service. Very efficient, and done with a smile. If you’re in the area and want a great piece of prime rib show up on Friday or Saturday at 5:00pm sharp or you might miss out.

Great Steak restaurant in a small town!! The homemade salad dressing is wonderful! The steaks are cooked to order and so good!! The bread served up at the table is delicious with an assortment of warm soft bread. And the bite size ice cream bars served at the end of dinner is the icing on the cake!! The staff is always so friendly too!! I highly recommend it! Get there early though as it is a very popular place!!

I’ve eaten here my whole life, a couple times each summer. Nostalgic for sure. Wonderful prime rib, ribs, walleye, halibut cheeks. Their sweet potatoes with the brown sugar sauce are like candy. Bread alone is worth the trip. I call dibs on the rye!! Bar side is fun too, especially with live music.

Love Stub’s. Get to go here once a year when we visit relatives. The staff is fantastic! Have a stump lifter at the bar. Yum! And what a kick! Great steaks and terrific seafood.
