My and my grandkids always stop at this location on our way home from the beach. We met the nicest employee today named Maxine (I hope I got her name right). She was so sweet to my grandsons while we checked out. It’s customer service like that, that keeps people coming back. Hope she is there the next time we stop back by.

Nice old store. A smaller version of “Stuckey’s” Micheal Jackson plays the attendant dances! Very nice! All the old divinity and pecan rolls along with he corny old gifts here as well. Wish there more of the bigger ones still around

I have some nostalgia for Stuckey’s that forces me to stop. The bathroom is dirty and smells. The whole place needs an updated as everything feels very dated and dingy. The on-site Dairy Queen is nice, but it is also very dated. The souvenir section is always interesting.

Great variety for a fuel stop. I’ve found some interesting stuff in the gift shop over the years. Love that they have a Dairy Queen and appreciate that Shell adopted the fuel reward program to save money.

Everything is compacted on store so theft is huge, women’s bathroom 2 of the 3 doors won’t close and lock. The store tries to be clean.

If I could give this place minus stars it would be -10. We wait at the counter for 15 minutes before anyone even considered taking our order. Food was terrible chicken strips were cold, onion ring were hard inside and out. Gravy was severed not just cold but congealed cold. Child dog looked like it had sat out r days. Needless to say the majority of the food was thrown in the trash. This place is serving Togo orders and not one napkin in the bag. Never will we stop here again while passing through.
