Nice place to get a drink at the bar and listen to Caribbean music a place to unwine and watch sports on 3 large screen TV, it is a great after hours spot as well for dancing after eating and a couple of drinks , there is a restaurant for take out or eat in or do Uber eats. ⚽⚾

Studio 7 located in the west side of Philly is a nice spot for your local reggae nights on Saturdays and Sundays. The music, drinks, and bartender is on point. The rating will improve once the food and chef get it together. I don’t who the cook is but no offense that area is not your specialty. I had unseasoned curry chicken, flavorless rice and beans not rice and peas, the mac and cheese was a no go!!! Do us all a favor and get one of the elders who know how to throw it down cook for the community.

Let me start with their rum punch was and at a great price, can’t beat it. Plus the bar tenders were very nice. The DJ was very good. The low rating came from the food. Went on their seafood night (Monday), didn’t know you couldn’t get any of the regular items you would expect at a Jamaican restaurant. Had to order fried fish with rice and peas (nothing else was left). The fish was either old or over cooked because it was tuff and the rice was crunchy not sure why. I felt I ripped up a $20 bill and threw it in the trash because it was wasted on that plate of food.

Studio7 is one of deh only spots with real reggae dancehall vybz. Yes it’s small, yes on weekends ya hv to stand with no walking space but who wanna be ina a club with two ppls?? Music is nice, food is available and pretty good drinks are strong and worth the cost.

Very small space, you can hardly find space to walk or stand. Owners need to invest in expanding the area to accommodate the cowd they have on the weekend. Only good thing is that everyone is there to have a good time.
