After reading so many great reviews, we were hopeful this would be a great brunch spot, but we were sorely disappointed. Very expensive ($52 basic breakfast for two adults and two kids??) for very sub par food. Eggs were fine, hash browns were drowned in butter, and sausage was decent. Kids french toast meal was one small piece of bread with one slice of bacon (had to order additional food for my daughter as this wasn’t enough for an 8 year old). My husband said it was the worst biscuits and gravy he’s ever had. The diner itself is old and run-down, and although the waitress was friendly and attentive, that’s the only positive to note. Would not recommend.

The only downside to this place is the size (small) of the shop and the popularity. The food was really good. With some unique options that you don’t usually find. If you go with the thought you might have to wait, but it will be totally worth it, you will go home happy.

Cute place on the outside and small on the inside. It was busy which makes sense but way too small to dine inside. Definitely order your food to go since they seem busy and there are not enough tables for a breakfast rush. Don’t get the steak and eggs unless you like your steak tough and loaded with gristle. (My dog loved that part). Hash browns were great and eggs were eggs. Can’t go wrong there. I did enjoy the rye bread as an option. It needs to be a bit more toasted. It was probably on the lowest toaster setting. The mini omelette was nice for people who can’t or don’t want to eat a huge portion.

It’s such a nice little spot in the dells! We enjoyed the eggs benedict and the corned beef hash, which came out fast and hot. The service was very pleasant. We had a warm and friendly experience and will happily return next time we are in town! Thank you for your great food and service!

Stopped here while on vacation in Wisconsin Dells. We had found some spots near the amusement parks and hotels that just seemed overpriced and poorly rated. So we found this gem that was a little farther of a drive and was totally worth it.
