We had a great dinner at the sushi bar and the food and service could not have been better. We had a nice bottle of sake and order a variety of dishes. Loved the tempura green chile stuffed with shrimp, the mixed fish tartare and the nigiri and rolls were great. They had otoro which is an all time favorite. Highly recommend and next time we’ll try the Omakase.

Good food, Alexander the chef was incredibly nice and helpful, worked under Japanese chefs and it shows! We had the Omakase meal and it was super worth the value and delicious!

Chef Alexander and the team are serving up the best sushi I have had. Fresh, textured, dynamic flavor combinations. Wow! (Mixed platter pictured).

Su sushi is delicious. Pretty pricey, but I can understand that the location in Tesuque plays a big part in it. We got the Omakase, which is the chef’s selection. Delicious 3 course meal, the sushi cuts were good, but for the price, it would be nice to be served real wasabi like how Izanami Restaurant at Ten Thousand Waves. For the price point the ambience was lacking. I’d rather spend my money at Izanami Restaurant or make the trip to Taos and go to Sushi A La Hattori. The food presentation was mediocre at best. The first dish looked great, but as for the last two- it looked like they just chopped it up and threw it on the plate, it lacked presentation. Our waitress was amazing and kind, she was good. Just overall, the price was not worth the price paid.

Since 2020 Santa Fe has been lacking options for high quality Sushi, especially for special occasions. Su Sushi fills that gap with a top end offering of innovative modern sushi combining both traditional and New Mexican flavors. The quality of the sushi is worth the price.

I have lived in NM for my whole life and this is the best sushi I have ever had by far not only in NM but in my whole life. This place is a must go if you are in the area. Head chef Alex and his team are so nice and are incredible chefs. I could not possibly recommend this place more if I tried.

Su sushi is open again and is excellent! They have a bigger menu to choose from with maki rolls, nigiri, and a lot of other options. Everything we had was amazing and flown in fresh. We are excited to go back and try the omakase
