Rude employees. Don’t ask for heavy tomato or heavy anything because they get smart with you and say u have to pay extra for that. On an order that cost almost $30…I don’t think so. Never have I ever had that problem and I’ve been going there for a very long time. Maybe 25 years. The food is good but the employees are so rude

I’ve been eating from this place all my life. Tonight I had the worst experience ever. Poor customer service and very rude employees. I called to place an order and I was placed on hold almost 10 minutes. A gentleman finally picked up the phone and told me to call back in 15 minutes. I wasn’t even upset until I called back 15 minutes later and was told that they were no longer taking orders after explaining to them that I had been told to call back the lady told no one wanted to take my order and she was busy and hung up. I went in to place an order as I don’t live to far from there and placed my order I asked for the manager after I paid for my food. The guy I asked said that he was the manager and that he had already heard about what happened that they would take my number and give it to the owner but that she wasn’t going to do anything, so don’t waste my time. Then he and another employee walked to the back preceeded to talk about me as if I weren’t there. So I asked for a refund and left. It saddens me to say that I will not be eating here again.
