I can call in my order, and it’s ready when I pull up for pick up. I prefer their taste of fresh bread and fresh cut meats over subway. They are priced better than Firehouse and Jimmy John’s or Jersey Mike’s.

They will make you a 2lb sandwich here it seems! It is so GOOD. And VERY affordable. Their big one is like 10 bucks and the size of 2 subway subs. One and a half on a bad day LOL. I love this place. Great staff as well.

Love the food! Went through the drive thru at 2:20, 5/20. The associate with glasses & tie dye shorts had an attitude. She was passive aggressive & asked if we had a call in. I said no I just wanted to order, can I do that here? She got her notepad and made my sub. I thanked her. She said you’re welcome and there’s a to go menu in the bag so you can call it in first next time. No other customers in sight. Both associates were standing around when I pulled up. This is why business is lost. My meatball sub with cheese was an issue. I’d love to see the receipts from today, at this time. I could understand if she were slammed.

This place is amazing! A group of eight firefighters walked in the door and there was already 6 or 7 lined up waiting. Did bother the single worker one bit! Turns out he was the only employee to show up for work today and he chose to open and serve his customers all by himself. Not a single complaint or gripe he just kept right on working without missing a beat and only way we knew the others hadn’t showed for work was because we ask. We got excellent service with amazing food. Thank you Sir!

By far the best subs around!!! I come here at least once a week and the teenage staff are super polite as well as the manager and owner. Quality and friendliness are priority at this store. I never leave reviews but this store is a weekly stop for me so had to give my review.

Food is good that’s why we come here. But staff at this location sux. They don’t guide you through the process. I saw them disrespect a elderly lady in front of us and then they dealt with us the same. Don’t go here. Maybe to go but not inside. Dirty too. I would fire everyone and start over. Seemed like they were on drugs in there.

I’ve traveled throughout the North East and Substation II is the closest thing to a NY deli I’ve found in the area. Their sandwiches are great and priced decently. The crew is always nice and quick to get your sandwich prepared. If you had to choose between Subway and Substation II, you’d make a mistake not coming here.
