Good luck with getting someone to answer the phone! Either the line will be busy,( with literally no customers on the inside) or they will just allow it to ring and not answer. Whoever owns this establishment needs to hire people who cares about serving their customers! Don’t be surprise if the door is locked wayy before closing time. I’ve taken my business to Jersey Mike’s, due to consistent disappointment from this particular substation. If it’s after 7:30pm and you’re hungry don’t take any chances going here, you’ll probably be wasting your time and gas.

Have not been here in 3yrs now I see why I still don’t go. Called in an order my husband sandwich was right, mines garbage. Asked for turkey and cheese got tuna and provolone cheese at that. Who the freak eats tuna with provolone cheese and oil and vinegar on it. Just told my husband that won’t happen again won’t be going back there. Lady put me on hold when I called. Low and behold heard somebody complaining about they ordered on line and when she got there, there was no order. If it was not for the fact that I was so far away that sandwich would of went back. Had no choice but to eat it. Thanks alot to yall will never ever eat at this one again. No problems with the other one.

Phone was busy for twenty minutes. When I got there in line to order an employee greeted a regular customer.. Said “oh you decided to come in today” the customer replied “y’all don’t answer the phone”. The employee just laughed with agreeableness. They were busy tho.. but the phone comment was they were just ignoring call in orders.

I’ve been ordering by phone for years and always order the same sub. Now, all of a sudden I have to order online because it’s too much trouble for someone to take my order and make the sandwich I want. Turkey, cappacola, pastrami. The service industry is riddled with lazy people.

Who’s BRIGHT IDEA was it to construct such a HUGE DIVIDER where you CANNOT even see your order being prepared? I ordered NO TOMATOES; and there WERE TOMATOES ON SANDWICH . NO NUMBER TO DISTINGUISH BETWEEN MULTIPLE SANDWICHES. WE HAD TO GO THROUGH EACH SANDWICH TO DETERMINE WHICH SANDWICH BELONG TO WHO; UNEXCEPTABLE . Where’s the owner? NOT THE SAME AS YEARS AGO… Drink machine OUT OF order IN DINING AREA and looks AWFUL. SHOULD STILL HAVE A CLEAN APPEARANCE.

Horrible service !! My girl ordered a #19 and she asked for extra onions and this is what she got ! The girl who took our order at the window was rude and nasty towards us didn’t want to take our order and when we got our sub it was very thick only for us to find Dang two full cut up onions in her sub this is plain ignorant and childish we will not be going back ever again !!!!

Normally they are awesome. No complaints. But this day was horrible. I called in my order and waiting on line over 40mins ended up driving off and never getting my food. I think on busy days just do inside orders. Because doing both windows and inside didn’t work that day. Other than that the food is always good.
