You will not find a nicer owner to go with such a nice product in DC. Carl is a class act bubbling over with positive words at every visit. The subs (cold only) are great and reasonably priced while providing hefty, tasty portions. Make sure to bring cash. You will not be disappointed.

These are good, affordable cold-cut subs done right. There’s nothing crazy about them–they just know how to build a full, hearty sandwich with all the right proportions and flavors. I got the #3 with hot peppers, and it was the best italian sub I’ve had outside of A. Litteri. I’ll be eating here monthly. Maybe more.
