Sublime taco is one a place we come to eat and have a few drinks 1-2 times per week. The food and staff are great! The live music on taco Tuesdays is always awesome. Drinks are always on point and my favorite part is that the owners step in when it gets busy.

Recently popped in to Sublime in the Biddo. Started with chips and salsa, oh my, so fresh and cooked to order. We decided to try the wings, sweet yet spicy, like a party in my mouth, taste buds were dancing for sure! We also tried the Rivers of Babylon Korean Beef bowl…flavors again did not disappoint. Our server was lovely and so helpful and the bartender made a perfect margarita. The owner came out from the kitchen to make sure we were happy and enjoying the food, personalized service always a plus. Great food, great atmosphere, great people!!

I love love love this place and have never been disappointed. So my bar is high, but tonight takes the cake! The taco salad with chicken was outstanding! The margaritas are fantastic. The service was outstanding and the owners are engaged and always ready to please. Sublime Taco is a hidden treasure not to be missed! Highly recommend!

My husband and I have always had a great experience. The food is delicious and the owner is very friendly and personable. He checks in on you. I love the menu and the option of a vegetarian taco. The fish taco also rocks! I recommend checking this gem of biddeford out.

I work away from home. But when I come back, I hit sublime taco and KABOOM! ALWAYS great food, always a highlight when I come home, always the best tacos! Awesome! (Ask Steve for any magic, crazy hot sauce he may have whooped up!) Love this place!

If you’re from California or Mexican this place will disappoint you. Burritos are made with ground beef. It’s Mexican food Americans make at home. No authentic food here. The ambiance and decor is very pretty and it looks like a great place to grab drinks and hang out. Not really a kids place.

It is so wonderful to be able to go somewhere and have delicious vegetarian options! The chickpea burrito is amazing and went perfectly with the tasty salsa and skinny margarita! My husband raved about the steak quesadilla also! Cute place, friendly people, yummy food…..we will be back!

These are not California tacos. Authentic California tacos DO NOT have shredded lettuce on them, and they are supposed to have CILANTRO on them. There was no cilantro on these tacos. The meat was not seasoned or cooked correctly. The 3 different salsas were bad… nothing like Cali salsa. The tortillas were bad as well. I thought it was a bold statement to claim they have California tacos, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered them. The man I talked to on the phone even said they were California tacos. I am extremely disappointed. I lived in both San Diego and LA for a few years and ate tacos regularly. Even at the worst places in California, I would rate them 100 times better than this food.

They were amazing! We went for a birthday party and the waitress was so kind, accommodating, and had the best memory I’ve ever seen. She was so amazing and it made the night excellent. The food was amazing, the drinks also incredible and the whole staff and owner all went above and beyond. Will definitely go again
