Best thing was the service, but the food was well disappointing I got a ham & turkey sub for $10.00 and it had one slice of ham and one slice of turkey on it and half a head lettuce our double cheese steak was just as disappointing no onion, no mushroom just a little meat like how the regular used to be made. Very disappointing it sad when subway gives you a better food for a better price.

I was very excited for the Kettering Submarine House to open because I’ve always have had great food at the other locations and this one is walking distance to me now. Since open I’ve visited often to support local and it seems each visit the food has gotten worse. I was told all the sandwiches are considered “supers” and I feel like now you get less meat than the old regulars. Last night has pushed me away from going there anymore. I ordered carry out….a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese for just under 20$. When I got home and opened the box we couldn’t believe how little pepperoni was on it…. not even enough to get a piece on each slice then after taking my first bite realizing they didn’t even put any sauce on it. So basically a 20$ cheese bread with a hit of pepperoni flavor. Sad. I will drive the extra time from now on and patronize the Sub House on Brown St… They care about making good food.

Amazing service while playing trivia on Wednesday night! The sub and beer deal is an absolutely unbeatable value! A very comfortable atmosphere with many TVs to keep up with what’s going on in the world of sports. A great place to meet and catch up with friends. Will definitely be going back!

Do you want to feel invisible? Then this is the place for you. Took my momma there for Mother’s Day the front sign says seat yourself. It wasn’t busy which was shocking. There was 3 couples that came in after our small group of three, after about 5 min no one came by but there was an empty table with a menu so we picked up that menu. All of us decided on our drinks, and food items. another 10 min go by and still no one has acknowledged us. I send my fiance to the bar to see if we could just order there. 3-5 minutes go by the bartender has ignored him and one waitress took the order for the couple behind us that came in after us and got their drinks but still walked by and didn’t acknowledge us. A different waitress went and got drinks for the couple sitting in the open window seating who also came in after us, which was so close to us I could touch them. But she Still didn’t come by us. At this point I call my fiancee back and tell my mother we will take her somewhere else. I have been there multiple times before I can’t say it was bad service but it definitely was never great service. We saw at least 6 different people just working the front of the restaurant. Honestly save yourself the time and skip it. The more I sit here I am still so shocked I feel like you know if someone is staring at you and you’re like oh they need something. These girls who were waitressing had to be trying to have a game of who can help the least amount of customers. I will say I never saw the dark haired one help anyone but the couple in the window. While at least the blonde who was walking leisurely through the restaurant did at least check in with a couple of the tables outside before she helped the people behind us. No one was in a hurry to do the job they were there for.

great food great service great atmosphere jenpbilly cchwese stake my favorite i come here like once every 2 months and it is great i’ve always ordered the same thing because and so good and very time i come the staff is so good. they also have a bingo game in the right room sometimes so that’s pretty cool. everyone was using their phones tho it was a song bingo everyone was cheating .

I don’t get why this parking lot is always packed. $45 for a 4 inch and an 8 inch sub, 2 sides, and one draft. Is everyone in Kettering suddenly rich? We both ordered cheesesteaks and to be honest I feel like you get twice the meat at a Jersey mikes/firehouse/any other sub place. I felt like I had a loaf of bread with a side of meat and it should definitely be the other way around. I get why people would want to hang here for a beer or two but we won’t be back. If you look around at the reviews you will see this is a common theme.

First time at the Submarine House. Service was spotty, food was average, Just way to expensive for an average sub sandwich. Half sub was over $14.00. Just not my place. This was the Dorothy lane location. Probably will not be back.
