I ordered a sub with both mayonnaise & sub dressing. I do not see any sub-dressing and barely any mayonnaise which made for a sandwich with little flavor. I did try the baked macaroni and cheese; personally, I did not find it editable (the portion was more than generous however). The employees were very nice and attentive which I really appreciated. This was my 2nd visit to this establishment; I likely will not return.

Ordered delivery. They didn’t honor their uber eats buy one get one free, delivered me one sub and refused to make good on the free one. Falseadvertisingat its best. I ended up cooking after ordering take out. Worst service I ever experienced. This was my first and last experience ordering here. Save your money.

I ordered a 12” sub and cheese (and bacon) fries thru DoorDash from sub masters. Overall the sub WAS tasty BUT I paid extra for banana peppers and had 4 peppers on the entire sub. The cheese fries had cold cheese and whole slices of bacon slapped on top. I tried calling to make the workers aware of such. The owner responded “well we’ve done this the same way for 30 years and everyone else likes it.” I mean if you enjoy ordering hot food and having to throw it in your own oven I guess…to each their own right? Unprofessional when constructive criticism is provided from customers and the food was not up to par for half of my order. Didn’t want to put this review but after speaking to the owner? I had to.

First time ordering from here super disappointed. Ordered a delivery for a ham sub it came to $24.00 the website makes you place an order for a certain amount then tax, delivery, tip and a shop local fee. Not to mention a sub shouldn’t be $24 but I had to add extra cheese and banana peppers to make the total for delivery and I didn’t get my cheese and 3 peppers on a whole sub.

I’ve been coming here almost 3 years now during lunch breaks, then started ordering for dinner to pick up after work. it’s always bangin!!! even if I didn’t like something, I just asked them next time and they accommodated my order to my liking perfectly! the owner is super friendly and so is the staff! I recommend all my friends family and clients to try! my husband LOVES the steak and cheese sub, says it’s the best! I always get the chicken finger quesadilla, it’s so good!!!

Not a fan of the service or the food I had here in the past. I walked in and been ignored by staff. No greetings. Impolite and awkward altogether. Tried the food a couple times and I just don’t care for it. Some of my family like the food here and some don’t so take that how you will. I know they have been trying to improve on things but I’m just not interested anymore especially when there are so many other great sub shops in the area.
