I have eaten here a total of five times all over the course of 3 months. So far all my food has tasted good. There have been some employees training the last few times but not bad considering they didn’t know much yet. I am sure they will be doing well by the time I go in next. The owner seems to be high drama type but has been nice enough the times I’ve interacted with her. Of Subways I have frequented, this one is on average for what you expect. Could employees be friendlier? Sure. It isn’t easy finding staff these days. Honestly the rating is closer to 3.5

This is the worst subway location I’ve ever been to. I am a frequent customer due to the lack of options in this area but I can no longer be a customer to this location. The store manager clearly can’t figure out inventory ordering. Every week the location runs out of stock of something. I order online and pay ahead to save time and often arrive to be told there wasn’t any bacon (which I paid extra for) or one of the other elements of my sandwich. Since I already paid I’m just out of luck. The soda machine is also out of service frequently and/or doesn’t have ice. The only saving grace of this place is that it’s clean and the staff are friendly. I highly recommend looking somewhere else for a meal.

3/22/2023 @ 3:30pm walked in. One other customer stood behind me in line. Subway sandwich artist hunkered down behind rack, no acknowledgement that we were there. Never lifted her head. No sounds except muzak in shop. I coughed. No response. I called, “Knock, knock!” She said something like Be right with you and went back to whatever she was focused on on the table in front of her. I waited. I thought, well, girl, you just blew your tip. I waited more and thought, I will take my business elsewhere since no one cares for my business here. Walked to the door. The person behind me stayed as far as I know. Sandwich Artist never even grunted. I called, Thanks for your service! as I left. Won’t be bothering to stop here again.

Located conveniently near Route 9 and 67 in West Brookfield. Subway sandwiches are always fresh and you can get them toasted.

Why is it so expensive? Just ate a 15 dollar sub off the new menu, tasted fine but no meat. I think I am done paying 20 bucks for a sandwich that has some substance. Sure f

It almost seems unfair to rate this Subway, because I don’t frequent it often. But the 1 star is for my most recent experience. Today around 1:30pm (1/07/21) I stopped in for a late lunch for myself & my family. My order was fairly simple, 3 sandwiches in all, 1 was a foot long meatball, the other 2 were 6 inch, 1 meatball & 1 ham. I walked in to find the place empty of customers. Never a good sign. There were two employees behind the counter, a male & female. The female whose name I wish I got, was very rude & obviously unhappy with her job, or maybe even life in general, for all I know. But she had a really miserable demeanor & nasty attitude! The male seemed alright. Not overly friendly or anything, but not rude or cold, like his female co-worker. Anyhow, I explained to them both that I had an order of 3 grinders. I tried beginning with 1 sandwich at a time, for a simpler way to order, but then they both began talking all at once over one another, confusing each other & myself as well. I asked if we could do one at a time, to be sure they were made correctly. The male employee then asked about what was on one of the 6 inch & whether I wanted cheese on the (6 in) meatball, to which his unpleasant co-worker announced very loudly to him “It’s not that hard!!!” Totally humiliating the guy I’m sure & it was completely uncalled for to speak to him in that tone, & say something so insulting. She clearly seemed to find that way of speaking acceptable. As her snotty attitude toward him & me continued, it was certainly a less than charming experience! So anyhow, I had no customers behind me waiting, but I still feel that the female “rushed” the food making process. I explained that I only wanted a regular amount of both spinach & onions on my grinder, but to my disappointment, it had maybe 2 onions & so much spinach Popeye would be jealous! Not to mention she failed to ask whether I wanted any of the sandwiches toasted. I’m used to staff asking that whenever I’ve gone to any other Subway location. So because she rushed me, I forgot to add that I had wanted mine toasted & her not asking didn’t help obviously. Maybe she was close to the end of her shift or break time. Either way, it did seem very rushed & again, no customers waiting behind me, until I was literally paying, so very unnecessary! I grabbed 2 small bags of chips as well. She then gave me my receipt & as I was walking out to my car reading it, noticed that she had overcharged me by adding 3 bags of chips, instead of 2. I walked back inside to complain & point out her mistake. I know it’s not much money owed, but besides the point. Her mistake. My money. She was talking to another customer @ this point. So the male asked what I needed & I explained my money back for the extra bag of chips she charged me for, that I didn’t buy. This nightmare of a woman literally took $1+ out of her cash register & literally slammed it on the counter right in front of her co-worker & customers. Unbelievable!!! I really wish I got her name, because she really isn’t fit to work with the public serving customers with a personality like that. Very awful behavior to both co-workers & customers & totally offensive as well. Again, if management or any higher ups happen to read this, please at least speak to this young woman about her poor attitude. I will not return to that Subway. I spent roughly $27 for food that wasn’t all that great & an attitude that really upset & aggravated me. And believe me, I’m a patient person, so that says a lot. The male employee sharing the shift, I have no complaints about. And I’m sorry he has to put up with such a rude co-worker. Thanks for allowing me to share. If you want satisfactory customer service & better quality, better prepared grinders, please drive the extra mile to another Subway location.

I went to this “restaurant” if that’s what you want to call it. The sandwich was disgusting, the sauce was hard and gross. The bottle was crusty when they went to put the sandwich on. The blonde lady is always going crazy and being rude to everyone. She’s rude to the workers and the employees.

Went here for lunch…. well tried to anyways. What place at 11am closes the entire restaurant to “go to the bank”? Multiple people in the time I was waiting pulled in, saw the sign, and left. I waited for a bit then I left as well. Pretty ridiculous. As a manager you should’ve gone before opening or after closing, or had employees make sandwiches while you were gone. But no. Completely closed and locked up.

I stopped by for lunch today and even though they were busy, the wait time was short. Very friendly, clean, and followed all covid 19 protocols. My sandwich was delicious and I plan on coming back for further meals.
