If you have to drive further to another subway do it. Very understaffed and always out of items every time I visited. How can you be out of items at noon time, you expect that near closing time not during prime hours of the day. Out of cheese out of cold cut combo. The most basic item on the menu. Whole experience was disheartening.

I don’t often write reviews that but I felt the need to write and share my experience at this Subway last evening. 1st of all when I entered the this Subway in my neighborhood of Pawtucket I wasn’t greeted but just asked if I was picking up an order which I was not. The young lady preparing my chicken teriyaki 6” sandwich with gloves on kept holding/adjusting some clipboard hanged on the wall. Then when I got to pay at the check out to my amazement the cost was $9.69 – $2 more than other surrounding Subway locations @ $7.13 for the exact same 6”, so I asked why such a huge difference? And the cashier responded with an attitude that: she is not the one pricing the menu, so Shocked I left and will never go back there – for that price I can get almost a foot long as; thought all Subway franchise prices were the same as is it for others.

I don’t usually post reviews of any sort. However, I will make an exception. As soon as I walked into Subway (745 Mineral Ave. Pawtucket, RI) the experience was amazing. Everyone greeted me. They asked me “how was my day and how was I feeling” (a lot of establishments have lost that common courtesy for their customers). It was nice. Then I meet John. He is an awesome and an amazing person. He kept me laughing throughout my time being there. He truly has uplifted my spirits. Not to mention he did an amazing job on making my meatball sub. I hope that whomever comes in after me receives the same or better experience than I had. Thank you!

They barely had any supplies. Out of herb and cheese bread, no ice, only medium cups and I couldn’t leave a tip for the nice associates because I was told there boss takes any electronic tips they get. Never going again.

Literally the worst subway I’ve ever been to. I have never seen anyone make sandwiches as slow as the girl working here. I placed an online order and went in when the app said they should be done which was twenty minutes from when I placed it. I walk in and she says ohhh they still need to be made. It’s not any better when you wait in line and have them make your sandwich that way either, if you’ve got like 20 minutes to kill while you wait for them to make 2 subway sandwiches then it’s not a problem but I’ve never seen anyone take this long to make something this simple in my life.

I’ve been going to this subway for years now, they always have great customer service and the employees are very friendly, always a positive environment to walk into. They are cleaner and keep up with their store compared to any other subway I have been to, me and my family love it here.

One employee kept pulling her mask down. Place is always clean. They did have distance markers in place but unfortunately if you dont properly wear your mask everything else does not count. Was going to order more but when she lowered her mask I left.

I use to go to the Subway on North Main in Pawtucket, due to them closing I came to this Subway. I only went to the one on North Main, because I live closer to that one. Right when I walked in I was greeted by one of the employees even though they were very busy they looked up to acknowledge me. I didn’t wait in the line long, as they were moving quickly making the sandwiches. They were smiling, and talking to the customers in line as they were making the sandwiches..They really know how to multitask!! When It was my turn, I must say I was amazed how perfect the sandwich case was. I never been to another Subway that looked so nice and clean. I ordered a Flatizza, Pizza and a Steak wrap. I was surprised they had Flatizza’s and Pizza’s. From when I entered to when I paid it was the best serves I ever experienced. I told the owner that this was the first time I was here, and complimented her, the employees and how clean and friendly her store is. She gave me a free cookie and welcomed me. She also gave me a coupon for my next visit. I will drive a little further to come to this Subway. By far THIS IS THE BEST SUBWAY!!! REALLY CLEAN, and FRIENDLY!!
