On Sunday I came into this subway location, while entering the woman working was smoking a cigarette in front of the door, neglecting her online orders. I was ready to order and because she was outside, when someone came in to pick up an order, it was incomplete so I waited for the woman to finish that order. I wanted to buy a few gift cards and wasn’t able to because the only woman working said that she wasn’t taught how to sell a gift card or even load one. So I proceeded to order 3 footlong sandwiches with a online coupon which she wasn’t able to run successfully so I ended up paying full price, Not receiving points or the discount I was hoping for. Lastly, I wanted to sit in the dining room, and all the chairs were up. So in order to dine I had to take them down myself.I gave a personal review about my encounter on the website and received an automated apology. Not impressed at all.

This place is terrible. The food safety violations I witnessed are not just dirty, they endanger the customers. This observation was accompanied by some the most lackadaisical, inefficient and un-professional service I’ve seen in a long time. I absolutely! will never be going back to this location and I will inform all my friends & colleagues of my experience.

I had the worst customer service today while going in for a quick meal. I was at the attorney’s law office next door doing some paper work and made the mistake of going to this subway to eat. upon arriving there were two girls working. One of them came up front and was still chewing on some food and had crumbs on her face, I politely asked her if she can wash her hands or if she would like to use hand sanitize and she GOT VERY ANGRY at that simple request. She turned to the other girl that was wearing glasses and who was working and stated that ” I should have had you made this” and than angrily walked off while using profanity. She was very hostile and intimidated. She kept saying ” how the hell are you going to ask me if I wash my hands? Like what the F***? The other girl did take over and washed her hands before making my food however I had an issue with the food too. I ordered three subs and asked for them to be toasted, she made it seem like she toasted the sandwiches by putting it in the oven but they came out the same way they went in. I asked for double cheese on my sandwiches and only got 4 pieces on each foot long. after experiencing such hostility from the other worker I was too afraid to speak up, I asked for mayo and she said that she didn’t file the mayo however I saw that there was a full can of mayo and never got the mayo on my sandwich. While I was there trying to get my order made the angry staff member came back and than started talking to the other staff member on how much money she made, she stated that she made 10.50 an hour and the other girls said that she makes 11, I finally got my food, the angry staff cashed me out and didn’t give me the cup for the drink I just paid for. I had to ask the other staff member for the cup. I was going to go into the dining room to eat really quick and than the angry staff member told the other customers that walked in “Hey you see that lady? could you believe she asked me if I washed my hands?” This staff was now mocking me in front of other customers, at that point I just left, She also neglected to give me my receipt. I had a feeling she over charged me. It was about $30 for 3 sandwiches. That didn’t seem right but she seemed like that type that would have gotten into an physical altercation with me so I just decided it was best to make corporate aware of what is going on at this location. I can’t believe that a food service worker had this much attitude over me asking her to wash her hands after seeing her eat food! she needs to be fired. No one with that amount of a bad attitude and hostile and foul language should be working around other peoples food. The other conversation she had with a gentlemen customer that walked in was even worse! he went to offer her candy and she said ” No I aint taking that, I don’t know where you hands been, you could have been touching your sweaty balls.” I am beyond disgusted with this experience and this was the first time I went to subway in 3 years

Not a bad Subway, but just in a tough location. The staff here was plenty helpful, even joking around while they made my sandwich. However, the location is a bit rough: homeless people wander around, the sidewalks have trash on them, etc. That won’t keep me away from eating here; it’s just a consequence of the area.

Sketchy, spotty, and sometimes poor service! It’s a food chain so they can’t really screw it up too much however I feel like I was overcharged this visit cuz the girl made change from a bag from behind. I ordered a combo with cookies and I’ll receive one cookie. I just don’t feel like going to the whole argument with them cuz the place is sketchy what are you going to do, and it’s just Subway. But hit him where it hurts on the reviews.

Out of a total of 3 times I’ve been here only 1 time was good.. this time I was greated from behind a half wall by two girls sitting down. I had to repeat the t my order 4 times,, then when I asked to add bacon and extra cheese I was I was told in a way that made me feel stupid “you know that will be extra right, snd I said yes.. then before my order was even completed, she had the other woman ring me up.. which made me feel completely insulted.. and I had intended to spend more money.. and when I asked for extra olives and pickles I was given hardly any…

Whoever is the owner hires the most unprofessional people to manage/work his restaurant. How do you get into an argument with a 2 different customers, also swearing and saying how much you hate your job. How unprofessional. I will never eat at subways. Then you file a complaint and do not even get an “I’m sorry” from the manager. I told him I do not want anything but an apology. His employee threatened me and all. I have a video and a message to proof this. I could have taken this situation to a different level but the poor girl just looked so dumb and was sorry for what she did and said that I just don’t have time to pursue anything. I would not recommend this location at all!

Had a bad experience because of a particular employee named Dan at this subway. Made me walk out and not even get my sandwich and spend twice as much at another restaurant. The store manager called me on my cell phone with 48 hours to talk to me about the experience and was so kind and apologetic for my bad experience. At first i said i’d never go back here but her willingness to change that customer experience into a good one for me was really awesome.
