The food is good when ordered in person, however every time I order for delivery they NEVER EVER pick up their phone calls. What is the purpose of having a phone if you aren’t going to use it? I always call other subways when I place a delivery order so that way they can get my sandwich correct, but this is the only location that never answers the phone and my sandwiches end up being made incorrect.

Worst subway in the area. I accidentally said artisan flatbread instead of artisan Italian and when I told them that I meant to say artisan Italian they started to put meat on the flatbread, which I didn’t want, so I told them again that I made a mistake and that I wanted artisan Italian and the girl behind the counter started being rude to me saying “you said artisan flatbread” in a very snippy and nasty tone. Then when I ordered a second sandwich it already had steak and provolone cheese on it, and then I also asked for some parmesan cheese he straight up told me no. But when the sandwich was almost ready he asked if I wanted parmesan and he put it on after he told me no. Overall, this was a bad experience and I was charged $34 for two sandwiches & two drinks. I will never be coming back here again.

My husband, daughter and I hadn’t even finished eating and they asked us if we were done to start cleaning, they didn’t care and the girl came with the broom and she started speaking in her indu language, it seemed like she was complaining and removing a chair from our table. We quickly got up and left because we didn’t like that. It’s disrespectful that you can’t eat quietly.

I ordered 2 sandwiches toasted cut in 3, got home not toasted not cut in 3. Called the guy speak no english went to store showed them it hasn’t been toasted I observed them make one and the bread was just like mine prior to being toasted then they took 1 out the toaster and I said to them now that’s toasted. When I got to the store, I showed them the sandwiches. After that, they ignored me and only said it’s toasted. Then started speaking in their language. I know it was about and said nothing, I stood there for 5m more silence. I left both sandwiches and left. I now understand the 3 star rating. I took the chance and said their just making sandwiches. I guess it’s not that easy. Also, the sandwiches when I bit into it it was like rubber. Just to let you know this happened at another subway in Farmingville and the girl spoke no english at all the one that did speak English told me she needs to learn yeah but learn the language first. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS THIS IS NOT A GOOD STORE WILL CALL MY CREDIT CARD AND DISPUTE THE CHARGES.

This location is not what it used be. Mobile orders are never made when I arrive. Whenever I order a sandwich there is never anything on it. A $10 footlong shouldn’t be just bread, lettuce and dressing. This is probably an effort to save money but you will lose money if people stop shopping there. If you are willing to drive a little farther the subway on Nesconset is 10x better.

Scammers that use language barrier as an excuse to straight up rob people. Watched them charge a 10 year old girl 30 dollars for a sandwich. They attempted to pull a fast one on me also but was alert after seeing the unaware girl just blindly swipe her card. Tried to charge me 49 dollars for 2 sandwiches. Pretended not to understand me and kept showing me the computer screen. If you read all of the other reviews of this establishment there is nothing but bad practices used here. They also refused to let me eat in the store at 8pm. Miraculously the employee spoke english to tell me i couldnt dine inside. He falsely told me it was closing at 8pm. This place should be avoided at all costs. It is run with the same practices as a Calcutta calling center.

I’ve gone there three times in the last two months to get lunch. The bathroom has been broken for at least that long. There’s no place to wash your hands before you get served. The employees told me they have to go to one of the other shops to use the bathroom. Makes me wonder if all of them are using someone else’s bathroom or some alternative. Do not go there until they get their bathroom fixed. Also, most of the good reviews are before this management team was involved. Maybe it’s just not worth going there at all.
