The Spanish lady is very nice , but the Indian guy so call manager is very rude I keep thinking maybe he’s racist nah he can’t be racist he’s darker than me maybe he’s retarded or something the Spanish women should be the manager he’s not friendly he have a mean face whenever he see me I’m a black African American and proud to be , I will delete my review when he’s attitude change as a manager you’re supposed to nice and friendly to your customers ,

They are great when ordering in the store, but a couple of times I ordered in the app, and the sandwiches were all missing ingredients. I ordered chicken bacon ranch, there’s no bacon, wanted cheese, no cheese. It’s as simple as READING the order. It’s just annoying.

Not one of the best locations. The preparer was was clearly new and seemed under trained. He didn’t know where anything was and it took 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. The other prep didn’t even bother to help him out. Very disorganized. I have no issue with people being new. Speed comes with time. This, however, was unacceptable. There should have been someone there showing him hsi mistakes. I feel bad for him.

First impression and they couldn’t have made a worst impression. If your employee is sick (and in my case coughing) DO NOT LET HIM PREPARE SANDWICHES!!!!!!! To add to that disgusting sight, NONE of the food is covered like it is supposed to be so the question remains, is there anything that didn’t get bombarded with his cold infused cough droplets/particles?
