This Subway is the best. We drive a couple of towns over just to come to this location. The food is always fresh, the workers are all very nice. Everyone smiles and the owner is really nice. He always runs sales and specials for students. The cookies are melt in your mouth delicious- never. Stale!! We have never gotten a sour mannered employee. We love this place and you will too. Not all Subways are the same. .

I frequent this location and the customer service I receive is always top notch and the worker is always bright and cheerful. She is patient and kind, so please treat everyone with respect. Sometimes its hard to make 8 sandwiches when there is only one working the counter. Being kind doesn’t cost anything. I will continue going here.

The prior negative reviews speak for themselves. I never do reviews but I have to today Very deplorable experience with the current worker here today August 18, 2023.From the second I walked in she looked like she didn’t want to be bothered. (In the picture below you can see her attitude demonstrated of not having pride in her job and just basically a could care less attitude) She was very rude calling names in Spanish(not knowing I understand Everything she was saying where’s the customer service in that?)when I commented on how she put a few slices on my sandwich and she said because I’m using a coupon and got very nasty calling names. I’ve used different coupons multiple times in the past when I got them in the mail at other locations near my place of employment and never had an issue. But her for to call someone names like ugly in Spanish is very poor reflection of subway as whole. Through the whole interaction I remained professional not one curse word or insult hurled her way. And I could’ve because that’s not my job it’s hers. But I didn’t because why lower myself to her level? I don’t have the “ugliness” in me that she does. The only thing “ugly”is her personality and I can understand why she looks miserable. It’s all about karma her attitude is influencing her life around her. I asked her name she said go head go complain I don’t care if I lose my job. But yet refuse to give me her name.unsure of her name so I recorded me again asking for her name and her refusing to tell me. Here is a picture of her attached below from my video. To the person that recently gave a one star to this place, stop being a pathological liar . You know what you said and what you did to mistreat the worker you were speaking of. You used a coupon and asked for more slices than was allowed, the worker simply did their job and explained to you how for extra slices would cost you an extra $2.00 . If you were just a cheap steak just say that. You went crazy and began cussing at her and making a scene by throwing the tip jar and chips on the racks. At your grown age you should be ashamed at your childish behavior because that’s honestly embarrassing. Also why don’t you go an release that video huh? The one where you’re in the background yelling profanities and cussing out the subway worker for simply making a living and doing her job. You can keep making your little lies since you’re just petty and embarrassing, but just know subway has access to the evidence in which shows your unreasonable behavior. Do better

Went in at 8 pm tonight with my two sons. The guy was very rude. I mean very rude. There was a woman and a baby with him behind the counter hiding. He was trying to rush us and didn’t want to explain the new sandwiches or give us the fresh mozzarella that they now offer. He kept pushing the shredded mozzarella. We asked him to toast the breads and all he did was melt the cheese. Every time the next sandwich was to be made his exact words were “come on man next, what do you want?” I don’t like to be rushed and there wasn’t another customer in the place. If it’s having him there I know why! Soon as we paid and went outside he went to get the baby and came into the front of the store playing with it. Seemed to me he just wanted the time to play with the baby instead of taking care of customers. Not very professional and I won’t waste my time or money going there again. Definitely won’t recommend this place anymore with that guy there.

I tried to order two American Club sandwiches in the store after reviewing the menu online. The website menu lists options for the sub to be toasted or not. At the store the counter person absolutely refused to sell me the subs unless they were toasted. Complete f___ing waste of time.

The worker was more worried about talking on his phone and with his kid then customer service. He was sitting in the customer area then went behind the food bar didnt wash his hands but put on gloves. That would of been ok with me had he not picked up his phone with those gloved hands then proceded to make my sandwich. Thats when i walked out.

I know why this place is ALWAYS empty now. HORRIBLE customer service, server was on his phone on a headset the entire time he prepared our meal. He rung us up incorrectly and gave us additional items we did not order. The food preparation area was a mess. Would give negative stars if it was a possibility
