I will not be back to this location after this SECOND problem with my orders. Problem #1 – Yesterday I ordered two subs, one was the Steak melt and another was a Turkey sub and they forgot to put cheese on the steak melt and forgot to toast BOTH sandwiches. I was disappointed but I let it go. Problem #2 – Today I gave them another chance and ordered two “Steak Melts” but instead I made sure to check both before leaving. They only put 1x cheese not 3x as stated on the order page and when I went to talk to them to ask why they told me it was the right amount and 3x cheese meant it was doubled not tripled and argued with me in front of customers about it. I mentioned what happened the day before about them forgetting to put the cheese and the girl said “I don’t know, I didn’t make it yesterday.”, and didn’t even offer to make up for it. They have sandwiches with the normal amount cheese and then 2x and 3x so what’s the difference between the 2x and 3x then? Regardless they lied and gave the normal amount when it costs extra. I”m not trying to be a “Karen” but this is ridiculous. This location is CHEAP and LIE about portions and when they get caught cheating their customers they don’t even make it right. I will be calling corporate with pictures on Monday. Good job!

This location is one of the best subways around here. They have the sweetest staff and they keep the place very clean. The sandwiches are fulfilling and unlike other places they put sufficient toppings and close the sandwiches properly. The restrooms are clean and operable unlike others. They accept coupons as well.

I have been this location a few times now and this Subway knows how to fill a sandwich properly. I have been to my local Subway in Eastern Suffolk and they barely fill the sandwich. The service is 5 stars and even with busy lines on a mid-summer day they completed my order, while being overwhelmed with crowds of people.

I dislike going into this specific subway restaurant. The owner operator of this subway needs to do a clean sweep of employees in this location because their customer service is terrible. The employees are messy and do not know how to wrap the subs up and also their attitude also needs a little fixing. The owner operator of this subway should take immediate disciplinary actions on the entire staff. I’ve came to this location numerous times and there was a girl there and a boy that gives attitude all the time with customers making it seem like they are doing you a favor and we the customers are bothering their downtime when they can text instead of giving a friendly great customer service.

Checked the time online to make sure the store was open.. it said 9pm ,walked in Through the open door at 720pm smelled the delicious food then the girl proceeded to tell me she was closed but didnt lock the door… when did they close?? Went to Subway around 7:10 pm Saturday evening. Worst customer service ever sandwich maker was not polite at all. She loaded it with mayonnaise without even asking how much we wanted. Have always loved subway but customer service was not acceptable at all.
