This location sucks their food is just alright and they didn’t honor my coupon. Got home from a long hard day working on the back of a garbage truck and couldn’t use my coupon for a soda. Don’t come here with coupons you will be very disappointed!!!

BANNED FROM SUBWAY- long time customer prob 12 years since moving here, go weekly, went to subway in Shirly by Wing Stop, had a coupon 3 for 17.99, expired 3/28, they could not scan it at check out for some reason. I politely explained that’s not my issue, the coupon is valid, and just cut it out from the coupons delivered on Thursday and here it is, enter it manually or something. They refused, so I said if you don’t honor the coupon I am not paying for full price nor taking the order, the two employees got belligerent, nasty and banned me. Rather than honor the coupon the they ban a customer and throw out food freshly made (I would assume, unless they are keeping to give someone else). Would be nice if fellow people had the same experience share or local people ban the shop in my defense

I worked here about 4 years ago and omg it was absolutely horrible. The customers were the best but bill the owner was extremely rude to me, calling me stupid while on duty etc. he likes to lie saying a check is ready to be picked up but isn’t ? can’t believe i worked at a facility like this also there was tons of bugs inside im just being honest. Bless any one’s heart working here cause marceine was bill were the worst managers people to ever for in my life

Food is good but the one worker I’ve had an issue with twice in a week span. First time he didn’t have his mask on correctly. Your working with food! This time he was extremely rude. I stopped him from doing my sandwiches and asked the other worker to take over. The first guy continued to talk back low. I’ll be going to a different subway. Longer drive for better service. So irritated and annoyed by his behavior. His hands looked dirty as was his shirt. I get it that people get dirty at work sometimes but I used to work at a subway. He needs to go. Then maybe I’ll go back.

Horrible experience tonight! 2 employees extremely rude! Annoyed when I asked if a drink came with the slider combo. Showed her the sign and she slams the cup on the counter and says “here’s your drink”. It did not get better from there. It was the first time I ever wanted to throw the drink at someone. I didn’t. No manager. Only her granddaughter who also was rude and left the guy to do all the work. Called corporate. Not ever going back to that location.

Wanted to use a coupon and we run up separately I have one older son had a gift card then my other son and then me. When it came to me for my coupon he said no and he was giving us a hard time with the other ones too that he did not want to take the coupons he wouldn’t let me use my coupon he said one per family I told him I didn’t want it then we spent so much money here at Subway and my son has so many gift cards he’s disabled and the one thing he likesIs subway now I’m going to tell his family not to get him gift cards there anymore because I will never go back there again and it was the owner he made me feel so horrible he does not realize how much business he has lost. I never use coupons either it figures the first time I use them never again will I go there!
