Moved from Albany to Rotterdam for a change of scenery and also what changed was how businesses operate here, particularly Subway. It’s kind of bizarre to me they don’t take their own coupons. During a time when people are trying to find quick eats and support a business, but get bonked for using their own incentives to purchase products.

Avoid this place the Indian guy that works there all the time is making messed up angry subs Smashin the bread just throwing everything on all sloppy Un proportion. He even cursed at me under his breath in his language. Definitely don’t recommend this place do yourself a favor and skip it.

Worst subway ever . The women owner has a bad attitude. One day they take coupons the next time they don’t . Since when don’t they accept coupons? She also makes the subs like she wants not what you asked for and gets mad when you tell her to fix it. If you can’t do your job right don’t own a subway. I managed this particular subway for 8 years I never did not accept a coupon or make the subs the way I wanted I listened to my customers to make them happy . I will drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to the next subway before I’ll ever go back

I needed a nearby place to charge my phone. I used this store. Little did I know that there is an unspoken time limit to how long you are supposed to stay in a restaurant. Even when you are a paying customer. The owner apparently feels people of color who stay past a certain point in the restaurant have a possibility of scoping the place out with nefarious intentions. I’ve been offended like this before but never as a paying customer.
