Whoever was working feb 7th 2022 around 5-6pm is absolutely trash at making subs, ordered off of Uber eats, requested extra cheese and for the sub to be toasted. There was NO cheese at all on BOTH subs I ordered and they weren’t toasted and were soggy! Learn how to read orders correctly or don’t work at a place you clearly can’t handle! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!

Service was SUPER SLOW. One lady working , 2 other people behind counter , not sure what they were doing, i know they were not helping the other poor girl!!! Out of the jalapeno cheddar rolls, no clean baskets for eating in, no napkins, not their finest performance on this day!!

In most ways, this is generally a better Subway than average: it tends to be clean, the breads and ingredients are usually fresh, and it’s staffed enough to handle busy periods pretty well. The only real downside is that there’s a weird drive for speed that borders on rudeness: you better know what you want the moment you walk through the door, because they will start pushing for the details within seconds, even if they are already working on previous customers’ subs. What makes it really annoying is that they never give their full attention to anything — so they ask you the same questions two or three times. If they would tone things down a bit and stay focused on what they are doing — and stop trying to get ahead of themselves — it would be far more pleasant, and they wouldn’t make as many mistakes.

Visited this evening with a young lady and young man working. The young woman offered very good customer service and made subs with the appropriate amount of toppings. The young man was rude and apathetic and barely completed the order as ordered. Disappointing experience.

Staff was friendly but apparently Subway got rid of Roast Beef which is what my husband prefers so we probably won’t be back anytime soon as I haven’t been happy with the lack of meat they put on subs so now it’s not worth the stop.
