They’ve gone downhill lately. Often closed when they are supposed to be open according to the hours. When you go in during non-rush hours the employees (on their phones or in one case their laptop) act like you are bothering them by ordering food. Soda machine gives you flat soda – so far I’ve mentioned it to a “manager” and 2 employees about it… been 2 months and its still busted. Not to mention half the soda options are “out of order” at all times. Worst part is they skimp badly on their meats compared to other locations. I love subway, but never again at this location until management changes.

Always good for a quick meal. The store in Manlius,NY has the most friendly and happy Subway Associates ever. At the end of the day, it is just a sandwich, however, the great exchange with the Subway Associates behind the counter made the visit well worth it.

This is literally one of the worst subways. We live in Manlius and often go there out of convenience and leave for one reason or another. We only go because my children like the bread. Half the time they don’t have veggies, the ice machine isn’t working, no chips, etc. but it’s covid supply chains aren’t what they use to be. No problem. Normally the employees are super nice, polite, and patient with my children so we come back. The girl today was not. Super rude when I asked if I could put salami on a kids sub after my son said he didn’t want just cheese she said no. I said I can pay extra it’s okay I don’t care ( seriously what’s an extra $2 or whatever) She argues, but does it. Then when I asked if she could microwave my turkey and bacon because I’m pregnant (listeria) she refused. I explained I’m pregnant. And she proceeded to yell at me in front of my children about my perceived attitude. There was no attitude just tired. I asked my son if he wanted to eat somewhere else. She then says “okay bye, leave, have a great day” I’ve literally never had an issue before at this subway or an other subway and this is my third pregnancy. All of this was after waiting 15 minutes with my one year old and three year old because she was making online orders. I’m sure she’s just tired and overworked, but her behavior was ridiculous.

My friend & I stopped for lunch on our way out of town. We watched a young Man treat a special needs consumer w such admirable kindness & respect he deserves notability from his supervisor. The gentleman forgot his credit card in the reader & my boyfriend handed the card to the young girl working the register & she ran out to the customer to return it. Subway is very lucky to have these two excellent employees. Saturday, June 23 @ approx 1 pm.

Eh. They were lacking several items, only one choice of bread, couldnt toast, and the server was cranky. Food was good though so not a total fail.

While making the sandwich, the tall guy (only one in the shop), ran back to the corner room to open the honey musturd bottle that was perhaps clogged. Heard rattling, slamming of cabinet, plus whole bunch of other noises. Came back 2-3 min later successful and proceeded to remake my sandwich withOUT changing gloves or washing hands!! Was quite cooperative when I politely asked him to change them. Also, noticed a fly buzzing around on top of the salad bar, which was uncovered when I’d walked in. When brought to his attention, he casually waved it off without a big concern continuing to make my 2nd sandwich while the fly sat around. Would appreciate if they could train their staff members to be extra vigilant about overall hygiene especially in this current situation.

Worst subway I’ve ever gone too service is awful sandwiches are small, sent an email to Subway when it took over 30 minutes to get a sandwich when there was only 3 customers in the store. Weeks later I got a call from the franchise owner making excuses, in the end I got a half assed apology and he said he would mail me a gift card, he never followed up and I haven’t gone back. If it was the last food in Manlius I wouldn’t go in. The place is always filthy and the service is poor.

Service is quiet crappy just like anywhere in Manlius. And the food is disgusting. Spinach in my sandwich tasted old and gross. Not to say that it’s also overpriced well no surprise there : it’s Manlius after all
